I felt I just had to leave this review as the lady on reception at this hotel on Saturday was great, customer service was present from the moment we walked through the door! We were on a time limit for lunch as we had a boat trip booked, she spoke to the chef and arranged for us to have our lunch...

After searching for the perfect place for a funeral tea to celebrate the life of my father my mother and I decided that the Victoria had it all, with beautiful views from the back. Upon arrival we were welcomed with tea and coffee followed by sandwiches, cakes and bara brith. Nothing was too much hassle for the staff and they...

We visited here on Saturday evening for a family meal and was not disappointed! The food was extremely well presented and tasted just as good as it looked, the staff were polite and couldn't do enough for us we really couldn't have asked for more. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location and has a delightful character! This place...

Thank you for your review that you announced on Saturday evening you were going to write, after shouting at myself and receptionist words I cannot put in writing. You declared how awful your meal was and that you felt you should not have to pay. I explained to you on your table of 19 persons a number of your fellow...

Old fashioned, creaking stairs and floorboards lead to en-suite rooms on three floors. T.wo busy 'locals' bar, restaurant with short interesting menu, expertly served overlooking Menai Straits. Excellent breakfast. Family owned with friendly staff. Best rooms are higher floors overlooking the Straits. No lift unfortunately.

We turned up at the Vic last night and asked for a table for 15. We were told to wait at the bar and they would arrange a table which they done even before we ordered drinks. We were seated in an area by ourselves in a separate section of the restaurant which was fantastic as we all could talk...
