What a lovely pre Xmas stay my husband and I had at this hotel.From booking direct with Chloe the service we received was fabulous as promised by Chloe we were given a lovely room and given a lovely warm welcome. Dinner on our first night was in the Bay restaurant where William gave us lovely service and the meal was fabulous as part of a festive break deal we had 3 courses and a bottle of Prosecco. The following morning breakfast was perfect and the location allowed a lovely walk on the beach a stones throw from the hotel and an afternoon swim in the indoor heated pool . The staff also accommodated us in having dinner in the restaurant on our second night to make it really special for our stay and Stephanie looked after us perfectly. The staff at this hotel were a credit to their general manager and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Had a fab stay at Trearddur Bay Hotel. staff fantastic and location is so beautiful. Received a complementary upgrade to a balcony room which gave us fantastic views of the beach and incredible sun rises and sunsets

Lovely warm welcome from reception on arrival. Our room was beautiful (Room 6). Food was excellent and the service exemplary. Such a beautiful location and the walks nearby are fantastic. Hotel was lovely and warm throughout. Looking forward to our next break there. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Very relaxing. Beautiful room with a view (room 1). Very comfortable. All staff lovely and couldn't have felt more welcome. Breakfast superb. Looking forward to going back!

Great position with great views and all-round pleasant stay. Plenty of good long serving staff to look after you. Two good restaurants/bars. Easy access and parking. Recently decorated. Well heated for winter blows!

Only stayed one evening, room with sea view, lovely room, Excellent nights sleep and good sized shower, which can be a problem when your other half is 6'4''. Evening a la carte meal and breakfast really good, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who were very helpful and super friendly. Definitely recommend and return.

This hotels offers everything for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The staff, every single one are friendly and so helpful. This is our third visit and consistently offers superb service, outstanding food and a friendly atmosphere. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

One night stay with al a carte meal. Room was a bit chilly on arrival, rang reception and spoke to Rodger and he apologised and kindly put the heating on for us aswell as a portable heater. Sea view room was a good size, nice and clean- could do with a few updates but I believe hotel are working on refurbishing rooms. Visited the pool area- nice but could of done being a little warmer. Later in the evening we had a meal in the al a crate restaurant- we had lamb shank and ribeye steak, both really tasty and enjoyable. Waitress Mandy was looking after us and she was lovely and pleasant, nothing was too much. Breakfast was lovely, no complaints at all. Didn’t catch the two guys that served us the morning of the 13th but they were very attentive and cheery. Overall a very good stay with lovely staff :)…
