Situated in the peaceful Clwyd countryside, our holidays site is a fantastic glamping destination in North Wales. Set on the grounds of a working family farm, these heated timber cabins provide the best of both worlds, giving you the outdoor camping experience with the comforts of home. You're welcome to relax here at the site all day, picnicking and taking-in the breath-taking panoramic views, or if you'd prefer to go out exploring, there are plenty of local attractions, walking paths, cycling routes etc to keep you entertained. The local country pub is only a mile away and serves good food and drinks, or you can stock up at the supermarkets and shops in Ruthin (6 miles). An ideal 'staycation' destination, our Glamping Pods are an easy drive from the North West of England and the Midlands. Our guests regularly comment on the spectacular scenery and how relaxing the site is, giving them an opportunity to re-connect with family and friends, far away from it all.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just returned home after and wonderful stay. Rose and Raymond are amazing! The attention to detail in the pods are second to none. The family made us feel extremely welcome and in all honestly I didn't want to leave. The chickens were amazing too. The children really loved feeding them. The grounds are beautiful. Can't wait to return again with family and friends. Hoping to hire out the whole site. Thankyou again for the wonderful stay :)

What an absolute gem of a campsite. Camped after a day mountain biking. Met by the lovely couple Rose & Ray in the pitch black , showed us round the site and the amenities(kitchen & shower/toilet block) and sorted out a log pit for us and left us to it. Me and my friends all said we will definitely be coming back, maybe even hire the whole place for a friends get together in the future. Thank you again Rose,Raymond & Gareth

Only a short overnight stay, my son and I were attending a local motorsport event. A warm welcome from Raymond, who showed us to our pod and gave a tour of the very good facilities. Very comfortable and nice and warm ! Just what we needed !

We went on a spur of the moment adventure as a family of 4 and brought friends with us, of 4 again last weekend. We can't praise Rose and Ray enough. They were absolutely amazing 👏 So helpful and such wonderful characters they made the stay for us. We stayed in 2 pods which were fabulous. The views were incredible and the whole site with the kitchen, showers and party room were spotless. We can't wait to come and stay again. Thank you so much for making the weekend such a special one for us. I can't recommend the place enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a small but wonderful place, quiet and with beautiful surroundings. Kitchen and shower/toilet facilities are great and very clean. Ray and Rose are very welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed our chats with Ray. We only stayed one night in our roof top tent but will come back for sure.

Perfect place to have a multi-generational weekend away. We stayed in a mixture of pods which were very comfortable and well equipped as well as our own tents.. The facilities were fabulous with a well equipped kitchen and indoor seating area. The views are stunning.

We stayed for a weekend for a reunion with some friends. A small, beautiful and peaceful site with stunning views of the Clwdian Hills. We were in a pod which was surprisingly roomy for 2 people. The communal toilets, showers, kitchen and dining room were all very clean and well equipped. The field comes complete with inquisitive hens. Hosts, Ray and Rose are lovely and friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.
