Superb accommodation - recommended. The owners can't do enough for you, they even made me a fresh fruit juice for breakfast instead of a cooked breakfast! The room I had was large, well appointed and had the things I really wanted (I.e fresh milk and proper coffee) Thanks to the owners for a lovely stay.

Visited Tywyn for a pottery weekend and stopping at Preswylfa made the trip really worthwhile. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and relaxing chair that I sat in to watch Strictly with a glass of wine and fish and chips- perfect weekend. Loved having vegetarian options available on the breakfast menu and by pre-ordering it was warm and very tasty. Thanks for...

Stunning view and so good to have a room with complimentary fudge, elderflower presse and bottled water and a fridge containing fresh milk. For Breakfast you can pre- order exactly what you'd like from an extensive list. Very easy to find with parking and very convenient for the town and beach. Would give 6 stars if we could!

On arriving at the BnB I was welcomed in with a friendly smile, shown to my room and informed on where best to park my car. My room was exactly how I'd imagined it, apart from the added bonus of some locally made fudge! I love fudge and I loved this! The bed was really comfy and the TV had...

Jane and Lawrence have thought of absolutely everything to make sure that your stay is extremely comfortable. Touches like fresh milk in a fridge, delicious soft drinks, and fudge as well as the usual tea, coffee and so on. Such a treat to have a bathrobe too. The breakfast has something for everyone, I was delighted to find a wide...

I booked a single night in order to join some friends for a private charter trip on the Tallyllyn Railway. Jane and Lawrence were very welcoming and the place is everything the other reviewers have said. The room was spotless, beautifully presented and the bed was comfortable. The en-suite shower was, as some others have said, as if it had...

April 29th to May 3rd. Upon on arrival to the Guest House I was well received by both Jane and Lawrence and treated very well by them both. Breakfast was hearty and with a good choice of options each morning, The Marconi room had a cosy feel without it feeling too small. It was clean and tidy with a friendly...

I stayed here in early August in the single room. Next time I go I will opt for one of the en-suite rooms, but for just a few nights it did not matter that I had to walk a short distance to get to my bathroom! The placing of the Guest house is right by the railway station, but also...
