Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

No better place to watch the sun go down with a drink in hand and a table reservation. Spectacular cliff top location but don’t be distracted by the view. The ever changing menu offers home cooking at its best. We enjoyed pork fillet on lentils and sea bass but made sure to test the menu we had a selection of starters. Eke out your meal in this glorious setting with staff who have such a fabulously friendly attitude and nothing is too much trouble.

Magical place, stunning location, warm and welcoming staff. Spent a couple of nights, out of season for a family funeral. Gus and Ruth were so supportive and welcoming. Stayed in one of the cosy, quirky cottages, up high on the cliff, with a glorious bed, snuggled with the wind howling around. I felt like Heidi! Thanks so much guys. What an amazing place. Will be back with the family

Delicious Sunday lunch . The amount of Beef was quite overwhelming all the food was simply tastyThe gravy was divine . Everything was homemade and I can’t say it enough it was delicious. A proper Sunday lunch . We did pre book and had a walk before lunch . The dessert’s were absolute heaven on a plate and again all homemade. We had the banoffee pie and sticky toffee pudding. Yum yum yum . If I had one tiny bit of advice the plates could have been a lot hotter ! When we were sat eating our lunch it was one of those meals you didn’t want to end ! Staff were efficient and welcoming .

Absolutely marvellous in every single way. It’s absolutely mad that anyone would not give it five stars. I think the people who give it less are not really Druidstone people. I’m guessing that Druidstone will still get the custom anyway. Amazing fantastic and unique

This hotel is exceptional - (shh don't tell everyone!). I was part of a large group of friends who had reason to be staying and commemorating and celebrating the recent passing of a Dear Friend and I cannot thank the hotel staff for their kindness and patience with our large group. The Food was more than delicious and of such a high quality without the need for "frilling it up" the tastes needed no embellishment as they were beyond anything a 'jus' or a 'reduction' or a 'painted dash of something or another' on a board or slate could have enhanced - it really was some of the nicest food I've had in a while - compliments to the chef and kitchen crowd. I'll be back with my family when next we are in Pembrokeshire

Pembrokeshire Local wrote a review Jun 2023

I’m a local to Pembrokeshire and have always loved coming to the druidstone for an evening to relax and to enjoy the sunset. Unfortunately today I was faced with the female owner who was extremely rude. I was admiring what a lovely change they’d made to the interior of the Dru and she made a very snarky comment back at me. I asked if we could have a couple of drinks to which she asked ‘are you members’. I said no we are not, but as I had walked in there were only approximately 10 people in the hotel, so I thought they would be able to fit us in. I know according to their Facebook page they do accept non members when they are not at capacity which they clearly weren't. My family had been in a couple weeks ago and were served without question. She simply replied ‘well you can’t drink here then’ Luckily the mariners in Nolton Haven has recently been re opened and were more than happy to welcome us and take our money. Unfortunately it seems the members or non members policy is enforced based on the mood of the owner and not on whether they have space. Having travelled out of our way, you can imagine our disappointment being treated with such disrespect when we just wanted to enjoy the view while supporting a local business.

I love this place. Great location on the cliffs with fantastic views over the bay. Two resident springer spaniels and eight cats. It has a great ambience and excellent food. The banoffee pie with a chocolate biscuit Base was amazing. A really atmospheric spot.
