Last week on 21 February, I booked a Granary room at Slebech Park and mentioned on the booking form that I have mobility problems. I was very impressed that Rachael from the hotel rang me within minutes of receiving my booking to tell me that the Granary rooms were on the second floor of the hotel, reached via narrow, steep...

Returned from a stay here, the room was absolutely gorgeous. If that was their cheapest, the more expensive ones must be gorgeous! The food however I found very bland, the first evening the risotto wasn't great and when my partner had it the second night he agreed. The lemon Posset tasted completely of cream, no lemon taste. We also had...

Really lovely location, beautiful estate. The room I had was comfortable and nicely decorated. The room also had some nice little extras, slice of Bara brith, Welsh teas and nice complimentary toiletries. The evening menu is fixed à la carte at £30. The food was of a very good quality, but for the price I found each dish slightly bland,...

Thank you for your review and your stay. I am very pleased you found your room so comfortable. We have recently refurbished our Granary rooms and we have had lots of good feedback. Of course I am concerned about your comments in regards to the seasoning of you food. Whilst we are careful and take notice of more healthy food...

Recently stayed at this hotel for the second time. Nice welcome and had a really nice room overlooking the estuary. Booked dinner for the evening with my wife and all well until a very embarrassing end of night debate with one of the restaurant staff about the measure of a glass of sherry. A ridiculous discussion over whether a single...

The reason that you did not get a response was your disgraceful behaviour towards my staff during your visit. We have absolutely no interest in welcoming you back to the Estate and you would not be able to book again at our wonderful estate in the future. I am assured by the other guests comments and their kind support towards...

Wonderful overnight stay. Staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The food was amazing too! My partner really enjoyed his birthday treat especially as it was his first proper outing since a knee replacement. Looking forward to returning so we can explore the lovely grounds properly

This is simply a magical place, with lovely staff, and a delicious and fresh array of food to enjoy in their dining-room. You will feel rested and happy after your visit - and there are doggy rooms too. But if you take one of these, maybe pack a nice soft rug (maybe a sheepskin rug of your own) to warm...

Thank you for your visit and your review. It is pleasing you enjoyed the quality of the Estate and the competitive price. We are conscious that are bar area is quite cosy, but we have exciting plans to redesign our present restaurant in the near future. As for the WIFI, it is generally a very good signal, however we are...

My husband, 4 month old daughter and I stayed here as a last minute booking.
