Stayed here one night as part of a round Wales walking trip. Rooms large, clean bath and shower. Beds good with reasonable TV in room. Lots of meeting rooms, place is deceptively large. Parking at rear. Evening meal a story of two halves, over cooked and burnt fish cake vs a delightful plate of fresh mussels and hake. Breakfast in...

Made a booking for evening meal ,table booked for 19.30, we decided to have a drink pre meal in the bar, it was noted there was virtually no seating in the bar and we felt hurried to select from the menu, not very relaxing for a birthday meal. We also felt that the food was definitely not up to usual...

Lovely hotel, they really looked after us. Great food and beer, very reasonably priced. Room comfortable and staff friendly. Close to castle and shops and within easy driving distance of hundreds of attractions. Definitely recommended

I recently spent 2 weeks walking the entire Pembroke Coast Path and spent a delightful night at the Old Kings Arms. The location in the centre of town but adjacent to the path was excellent. The restaurant was first class and the evening meal was clearly made in house by someone who could really cook - it was the best...

Very nice. Clean friendly and inviting. Excellent food. Rooms a good size and also quiet enough not to be disturbed. Only downside was very compact parking area. Nice bar with local ales and within a stones throw from Pembroke castle

We dined 3 night's running here as the food is excellent. There is an extensive menu with specials on a separate board. Sweets are superb too and the creme brûlée I had with a Bailey's sauce and coffee ice cream was the best I have had anywhere, Service is great and everything about the dining experience is the best you...

From the moment i walked into this hotel, i knew i had come to the right place. It has a lovely old fashioned feel completely in keeping with the age of the building, and its proximity to the castle. I fell in love with the dining room with its wooden beams, huge hearth, and copper pans everywhere. The whole hotel...

We arrived on Friday night and found all the staff to be helpful, the rooms to be very good and the food excellent. All in all a great hotel and very good value for money. My only complaint was they were a bit too keen to get our food ordered and when we had finished instead of being able to sit...

Stayed here twice over one weekend in June the single room was of a reasonable size clean with a good size bathroom. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them even down to a very early cooked...

We have come every year for at least the last ten years for a an evening meal at the Old Kings Arms during our holiday. We stay in Saundersfoot but look forward to an evening here as the food and service is usually superb. Not this year though. It seemed like a lot of corners were being cut. We had...
