Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just the cutest site we have ever visited and we have toured several times a year for many years! It’s also got a quaint quirkiness about it too ... with a couple of shepherds huts and a log cabin. All the rest are tourers and tents. Facilities are basic, but cleaned regularly. The views are incredible and the value for where you are (15 mins stroll into St David’s, 5 mins stroll down to the coastline and beach and incredible views of the sea) at just £10 per person!! To top it all off the owner Helen is just so, so welcoming and friendly ... always walking around, working hard and making sure everything is ok!! This is a little gem of a site and for us one of our favourites in all our years of touring/camping ... thank you Glan-Y-Mor and Helen!

This is a really cute campsite and we had a lovely time. The owners are really friendly, we had loads of space for our pitch and the view was amazing. The facilities are good, not the best but still good value. I would stay here again if I was in the area!

We have just come back from a 3 night stay in their only onsite cabin. After staying in modern glamping pods in the past and top of the range campsites, we found this place very tired and shabby. The owners were very friendly when we arrived and then just left us to it, which was good. The toilets were constantly blocked and not cleaned often enough, while the showers were like being in a shed full of bugs, it felt so good to come home and have a proper shower. I have to say the showers were hot, which was great. The cabin is spacious and has every thing you may need expect of maybe a bread knife. Please check the table draws for the cutlery... after only finding it on our last day. Again this could be a little cleaner... I had to make my partner remove a number of spiders in the bedroom so i was able to sleep... after discover slugs on the inside too it made us feel that this could be checked for whilst cleaning.. The sea views are amazing and only a short walk for the city centre, which offers lovely things to see and do with a great place called The bishops.... a popular pub with great food, infact we ate there every night during our stay. I would totally recommend the open mic at The Sound Cafe too. Great midweek night with everyone being so friendly.

Every year we stay at this friendly campsite. Our family have stayed here for 20 years , we have even stayed in the guesthouse but that is no longer open. The campsite is fully operational still. It is small and very relaxed. There are 3 small fields but well spaced out pitches on each. The toilet and shower blocks are very convenient, not modern but they are perfectly well looked after.. Always very clean and well equipped. The showers are basic but wonderfully hot and functional. There is a kitchen sink for washing up and a fridge freezer for public use. It is right on the edge of Caerfai Bay , close to a little organic farm shop and 5 min walk to St Davids where there is a large, very well equipped supermarket. There is plenty to do in St Davids. We are fans of Caerfai bay for exploring and Rock pools and a trip to Whitesands for a beachy fun day in the sun. I would recommend Glan Y Mor to anyone who enjoys a family campsite that is small and unpretentious.

We booked four nights at a campsite in Haverfordwest originally for our trip but it was an awful place so at 6am we upped sticks and drove to St Davids to find another campsite. We came across this lovely campsite overlooking Caerfai Bay and called the number on the post at the entrance. Although it was 8am, the owner said it was no problem for us to camp there, also with electric hook up for £20 per night all in. We thought it was fantastic. Although there were lots of children and dogs the campsite was very peaceful after 10pm and no early noises to wake you up either. The showers are free and very hot and there is also a freezer and fridge in the washing up room which is a very rare free treat to store your beers and cool box cubes. All in all we had a lovely time and there are lots of walks to do including into St Davids on the evening for some dinner. A great stay, thoroughly recommend. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the hairdryer wasn't working in the ladies loo.

Campsite, not a guest house, in superb location. Five minutes and you are on a lovely beach (steep walk to this secluded beach though so be warned, path and handrails available and all ages completing it, but take your time) and five or so to the town. No frills campsite that has everything you need. Showers are basic as are the toilets but all working and what more do you need when camping? Washroom is covered (stayed on parks wanting double what this one charges with uncovered dish areas) - you can buy logs, borrow fire pits, get a coffee and cup cake from the horse box at the gates - all good. It is a shame the fabulous views are obscured by hedgerow but this is a nice, relaxed, friendly campsite in an enviable position. Oh, and Trevor is great too 👍🏼

Had a lovely couple of nights at Glan-y-Mor a simple site but everything worked, showers, hot water, hook-ups etc. Plus view over land to St Bride's Bay. Will definitely go again. Only 10mins walk from St David's and less down to Caerfai Bay and the coastal pass.

Lovely views and a handy location for being in the countryside, overlooking the sea (but not too close) and 5 minutes walking distance of the 'City' of St. Davids ( a village/stroke small town in actual terms of size). amazing pub (The Grove) offering meals with a wonderful walled beer garden - great for dogs and children. The campsite itself was fine, no wardens about - rarely seen, and no obvious place to find them apart from a telephone number on a sign at the gate. The toilets and showers were what I would expect from a farm site charging £10 per night all in, - left a bit to be desired at the prices, even though they werent extortionate. The hand drier in the Gents didn't work, and on one of the showers, the bolt to lock the door has nothing to hold it in place apart from a couple of screws with nothing in between - Don't use shower Number 1 on a windy day !!!!!!! The door will probably blow open. Apart from that a nice place to stay
