Well what can i say, The Hot tub was the main and best attraction of our whole visit. It has two jet settings and nice lights which is lovely in the evening. It is completely private at the back of your lodge. Very easy to use. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need so you didn't have to take much with you, it even had a cheese grater! The lodge was very cozy, the sauna was amazing which was used everyday - Very easy to use. It did drip a lot of water which we realized after but this was solved by us by putting a pan underneath. Maybe the owners could take a look at this or provide the guests with something to put underneath it so it doesn't cause a small flood. The location was good and woke up to beautiful views and greeted by sheep! Not much to do around apart from go on scenic routes which is ideal if you just want a few days to get away and relax. Absolutely loved the games room which provided an extra thing to do with a good range of activities. Also have a booking system for the pool which is ideal if you want it to yourself. The only downside was the internet , or lack of. Each person is given 1GB of WIFI each (as there is NO internet connection at all) but we felt it was not enough to last a few days. Also, some tea/coffee pods would have been nice as there is a coffee machine but no pods. Overall, the lodge was amazing and we would definitely go back again! We have even recommended it to our friends who are going next week! If you want a place to relax, chill out, enjoy an amazing hot tub and sauna all in the comfort of your own lodge, then this is the perfect place to do so :)

If I could give these lodges 10 stars I would, the layout, cleanliness, location and staff were fantastic. I have travelled the world and length and breadth of the U.K. and I put these lodges right at the top. If you want peace and tranquility, well laid out lodge in a beautiful location then this is the place to go. Hot tub, sauna and log burner, what more could you want. I read a few negative reviews on here before I went, to be honest what I read shows some people will never be pleased and will blame others for their own failings, so my advice is ignore any negativity, go and stay and you will see what a unique place this is. Well done for developing a fantastic place over the years.

We had the chance to take a last minute break just before lockdown number 2. As you’d expect there are extra cleaning measures in place to ensure your safety. They’ve clearly put a lot of work into getting this right. We loved having the leisure facilities to use and bracing walks around the site. The hit tubs are fantastic, kept really clean as well as a wonderful temperature. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s fantastic and the staff are all very lovely, helpful and friendly.

Arrived on 2nd November. Lodge was cleaned to a very high standard. The lodge itself is beautiful and stunning. The location is perfect also. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely be coming back. The pet dog at the farm is just adorable 😍

I stayed here for 3 nights with friends in lieu of a cancelled holiday to Spain and oh my goodness it was wonderful! We stayed in Winnipeg lodge which is gorgeous. Well equipped, comfortable spacious and warm with the added bonus of a hot tub. The surroundings are breathtaking, peaceful and quiet. The pool is immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a problem during our stay which was resolved immediately by the lovely owners. We will definitely be returning to this stunning place.
