This place was dirty, the air conditioning was broken. The wifi didn't work. There was no doona covers on the bed, just sheets sitting on top of it and the pool was filth. Overall, for the money it was not worth it at all.

From the start of our visit it was really underwhelming. We started off the day walking into our rooms and finding the pillows without pillow cases.. they were eventually put on in the afternoon after they had done laundry. We then went to have a spa and sauna only to find the spa wouldn't heat up and either would the...

We stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of March 17. The room we had, No3, was a very large 2 bed unit with full kitchen and double shower in the bathroom. Close proximity to the beach and shops. The rooms were clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Would we stay...

Beautiful modern resort with lots of activities for the kids. Nice rooms that are well kept with good services. Excellent breakfast (big) with table service and the chef brings the food out personally, proud of his creation!

Only real downside was lounge / kitchen faces the car parking so not much privacy but if your not in there that much its not a huge problem! Nice friendly check in and staff. There are a couple of rooms at the very front...

We stayed at this hotel for one night before driving the great ocean road and it was just what we needed. Very relaxing and comfortable rooms. Nice sized pool and steam room too. All we wanted to do was have a chilled out night before a long day and the fox tv channels really helped with this.

My friend and I recently spent the night for a mini getaway in a twin room. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good location and pleasent staff. We weren't really expecting an private outdoor area as it was a cheap room, but we were disappointed to find the only window in the room was frosted. Made the room feel very...
