The B&B is very modern, luxurious and the attention to detail is excellent. Guest accomodation is upstairs with individual balconies. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. A 2 minute walk takes you to the local shops or to a viewpoint across the Port Phillip Bay heads.

This is our first time staying at #35 and I have to say it is simply amazing. Our friends stayed here before and we all came here for birthday getaway. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and shops. The amenities are all high class, clean & spacious. Finally the breakfast is out of this world. Big thanks to... More

We spent 2 nights at this beautifully appointed b & b in Point Lonsdale. It was a great location for us, within walking distance of all that you need. The room was exceptional, from the layout, to the fittings, to the linen and bathroom accessories. We loved the homely touch of lemon slice in the fridge for us to munch... More

Marg and Paul are the perfect hosts we enjoyed every moment, in fact I'm writing this before it's over being so very thrilled. Breakfast on the terrace was magical after a sort sojourn to the lighthouse prior, all the food freshly prepared and delicious want to keep the experience a secret but had to share :-). We recently stayed at Number 35 which is a new BB in the area. It has 3 rooms, and we stayed in the front room which had a view of the bushland just before the coast. It is located minutes from the lighthouse and surrounding nature reserve. Hosts are a great couple and their breakfast can easily match the best... More

My husband and I had a great time at number 35. Paul and Marg were so welcoming and went that extra mile to ensure we had a perfect weekend away. We booked the 'wind in our hair' package and spend two sunny days riding around the peninsular and local wineries. The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The... More

We felt very fortunate that Marg and Paul open up their beautiful contemporary home to guests. You are given the opportunity to stay in a 'Grand Designs' type achitect designed house that provides guests with huge rooms, amazing ensuite bath rooms, space to relax, breakfast on a sunny terrace listening to bird song and distant waves, use of a lap...
