Stayed as part of conference. This place is not what I expected, the villas and service is second to none that I have experienced in recent trips. The food both for breakfast and on our gala night was amazing. Special thanks to the lady on reception - Talina I think who helped my partner to arrange a wine tour. Will...

We are currently staying at this resort. I would definately say DO NOT waste your money on the overpriced cold meals the restaurant serves. We paid $29.95 for breakfast the only hot thing was the toast !! We decided this evening to take another chance and have dinner there. Bad mistake my partner chose the Pork Belly . It consisted...

Stayed here in a two bedroom apartment for one night on a business trip. The room was a great size, full kitchen, lounge and bathroom. We had a ground floor room which opened up onto the grass play area. Recommend it if you are staying with kids as you can sit on he balcony and see the playground. There seemed...

Note that they do not service (clean) the rooms. This means, no new towels, toiletries etc. I was reading further and apparently they can service your room but for a fee, disgraceful. Also, they offer free wifi but it's capped at 250MB and any excess you pay for, ridiculous! The walls are paper thin, you can hear footsteps from the...

Recently attended the silverwater resort restaurant and was not very impressed. The venue was great and the company we had with us for dinner was great but the food was very average for the price. $65 for two courses, dessert was ok but no toppings of cream or ice cream offered. Also this price did not include tea or coffee....

We came up on the Friday and found our room ready and clean. Overall the resort is in very good condition with great pool areas indoor and outdoor. Rain or shine there is plenty to do in the resort or nearby Phillip island. Pool was very clean and warm inside and other facilities like tennis courts and basketball courts were...

Room smells. Carpet filthy complete disgrace. 1 star at best. Can't believe they are allowed to advertise this smelly unit is 4.5 stars. Carpet has stains in every room. Really for what they charge they can't afford to clean the carpets. The blinds are falling apart. Property looks great then you walk into a smelly dirty hovel.

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback relating to your back in November of last year. I was sorry to read that your apartment had stained floors, it appears there was communication breakdown with one of our team and I do apologise for this. Once again thank you for your feedback and we look forward to...

This could be so much better I don't know what they are saving by only giving you 250mb on there internet The towels are not replaced unless you stay more than a week The same for servicing the apartment And who designed the parking spots seriously there was a lot of alcohol involved in that The positive it's very neat...

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback relating to your recent stay. I was pleased to read that overall you enjoyed your stay. Daily housekeeping is available for a fee and can be arranged through reception. The daily wireless allowance is for each device not each apartment. Once again thank you for your feedback and we...

We stayed in February in a one bed apartment whilst attending a wedding. The apartment had lots of light, dining seating for six, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, fridge, etc. Enough utensils and dishes. Bedding was sofa bed in lounge and separate bedroom with queen. The queen bed mattress was very hard, might suit others. Pillows too soft. Sofa bed was...

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback relating to your recent stay. I was pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay and the many on-site facilities. The restaurant offers an all-day dining menu that includes lighter options. Once again thank you for your feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back to Silverwater when...
