My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel by the sea, it was a Saturday night, on arrival we were surprised by the large room with windows facing the ocean, everything was perfect, room included a large comfy king bed and a single, bathroom had a spa bath, room also included a small lounge area, very impressive, a...

Went here for dinner and the staff were great and food was delicious. Menu is fairly limited and the pork belly could have been more tender, still yum and the flavours on the plate were great. Lovely and close to the beach and I would visit again.

Pleasant lunch but we all agreed that the Menu needs a bit of a revamp. Hotel is always very nice but its pub food at restaurant prices! One of the more fabulous locations in Melbourne region. Enjoy for the views and history

As soon as you arrive you know this hotel is well run. The staff are friendly and the food punched above it's weight. The room was spacious , clean with nice modern touches. A tad noisy on Sat night but they had thoughtful placed ear plugs in the bathroom! Thoroughly recommend this place... a 5 min walk from the shops...

We have visited Sorrento for many years. This year we ate out at the Sorrento Hotel Sea Baths, Portsea pub , continental hotel and italico. Sorrento Hotel was by far the best. Good fresh food , clean, nice staff and overall a great night out with the family.

Stayed in the Garden Suite. No noise carry over from the bar, but the view is more of the carpark than a garden. The room was clean and well presented. We were told upon checking in that we had our own car space for our room, and that if it was taken, to park somewhere else until it was free....

Stayed here in January and had a great time! The breakfast every morning was beautiful and the location is ideal. Upon returning home 3 days after departing I had the shock of remembering that I'd left my $300 dress hanging in the cupboard. I called the hotel and they were so helpful and assured me that all items left in...

We were there with family and a friend for lunch. It was between Christmas & the New Year and a peak time for that part of the world! The food was great and realistic in price, the venue is a clever mix of old with new and we had a great table overlooking the water. It was busy but the...

Where to begin! Location, staff, toiletries, king bed, icy-cold air-con, lounge chairs on private patio, real milk, milo sachets and biscuits - all above average. Located right beside Queenscliff-Sorrento ferry terminal and all local amenities.

Went to hotel Sorrento on Boxing Day and had a terrible lunch. The platter for 2 was small and for some strange reason had three sliders (hard to share with two people). Buns were stale and inedible. Friend had a chicken Parma. It was dry and no better than a $10 Parma on Parma night at a local pub, yet...
