Was here with a group of 40 for the Patriots/ Titans game weekend of 11/9-11/12. Staff so well prepared for our arrival as check in went smooth. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Especially like the pillows. Had an issue within our room and front desk person (Jacob???)

The Hilton Garden Inn, Nashville Airport has a lot to like. The staff is unfailing friendly and helpful. The food was excellent for a hotel restaurant as they have recently introduced a new menu that is doing well. The pasta dishes and new bowls they have are all worth a try.

991jamesw- We thank you for making us your choice. We are pleased you had a five star experience at one HGI and regret that we failed to do likewise when you stayed with us. I am glad the Pasta Primavera tasted great. The difference in delivery is as a result of the green initiative which is an option for In Room Dining. It is my hope that we did not use the styrofoam to go box but instead we delivered in the eco friendly bio degradable container and plastic ware as is the design. We regret the noise from the renovation and the staff yelling down the halls as noted. I have addressed this with the renovation crew and staff. I will check into and resolve the recumbent bike and treadmill. Finally, regarding the HVAC system not working properly, our regrets. Nice place to stay. Convenient to airport and other businesses. Staff was very helpful. Clean and bright. Derrick and Damonic cooked an awesome breakfast. Tasty and fresh! Will choose this hotel again.

We stayed in late July and everything was very nice and fresh. Don't know when it was renovated, but we had no complaints and the staff was fantastic!

We stayed there a month ago and it was great, room, service and cleanliness. Not sure when it was renovated but it looked and felt great.

I'm not 100%, but check the website. I recall there being information about the shuttle service they offer.

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Our shuttle service runs on request from 4 am to 11pm daily. If your flight is at 5:50 am I would recommend leaving the hotel on our shuttle at 4:30 am Sincerely, Management at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Airport
