While it is always wonderful to hear of the amazing experiences of our guests, it is absolutely imperative that we learn of our shortcomings so that we are able to improve. While we're delighted you found our staff to be exceptional, we are sorry to read how amenities such as our fitness center left a negative impression on your stay. I was charged a shocking $38.24 to self-park for only 4 hours and 10 minutes while attending a conference at the hotel. I had avoided valet parking to save my employer some money, but learned afterward that valet is $39 for overnight-less than $1 difference for 20 more hours.
