Our visit was part pleasure Part business. From the arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful reception staff. Our room was on the 18th floor & was spotlessly clean & modern. The restaurant is very reasonably priced. Had breakfast ($18) & evening meal. Both were very tasty. The porters are also very helpful, pleasant, & knowledgeable. Nothing was to much...

Flew down to Nashville to pick up my niece who was a counselor at a summer camp. Chose this hotel due to proximity to downtown. Perfect location for Main Street nightlife and daytime shopping. Just a short drive to centennial park and south shopping ( favorite store was Draper James). Country music history is everywhere. Visited Bluebird Cafe and Betty...

First, I have stayed at this hotel before on business with good experiences. This time was completely different At check in, we were moved to a room with two double beds instead of a king, which was a big disappointment. However, we never complained nor mentioned this mix-up in an effort to be agreeable. When checking out, I questioned a...

Coming to town for a work convention, I had the option of 6 different downtown hotels to select. I chose the Renaissance because of the Marriott flag, knowing I would have access because of my status to the concierge lounge! This property is in a great location to all the downtown action. A few blocks from the nightlife of broadway,...

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights over the Christmas Holiday. Our favorite part of the stay was the Bridge Bar. On Tuesday nights they have live music which was wonderful. We especially applaud our server, Amanda. She went way above and beyond for us. Making sure we liked everything, suggesting menu items, joking with us and telling us about...

I've stayed here twice in the last year. I was completely disappointed with the service levels and attitudes of the staff both times. I would not have picked to stay here on my own. There are much better places to stay downtown!

Very convenient to the fun area of Nashville. Room was very nice, great view, good service. It was a very busy weekend with plenty of wedding guests and visitors. Front desk service was terrific. The only oddity is the valet parking. It can be a bit dicey on arrival. Better signage would help.

This location is great and walking distance to everything. We stayed over New Years Eve so it was very pricey (about $500 p/night) and it didn't "feel like $500" but understanding the holiday it is what it is. Not sure of rates on other times of the year. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds were very good. All...

The downtown hotel for small business meeting was perfect. The hotel provided meeting rooms and meals for our group of about 150. The buffet breakfast and lunch were excellent with a variety of foods for all. My only complaint was slow elevators at times, but then again, there was several other large groups in the hotel at the same time....
