Beds were amazing, slept so good. Hot Breakfast was pretty good. Walked to nearby restaurants(Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel) Across the street is the Dixie Stampede. Spent Thanksgiving week visiting the Smokey Mountains.

We were promised a handicapped accessible room. It was not. A tub with one bar is not handicapped. I spoke with someone AT THE PROPERTY. I was told it was an accessible shower. I spoke to the manager, Ashley, prior to the stay. I was quoted one rate, charged another. Rooms were not near each other as promised.(3 rooms) During...

Upon arriving at the hotel, you could definitely see it was an old hotel that had been remodeled but appeared to be clean and in a good location. The person at the front desk upon check in was very friendly and welcoming. Our hotel room was just ok as it was very simple with no wall pictures and what appeared...

This was the first nice hotel we have ever had in this area. The other 2 were the pits. Our room was fairly clean, except for the carpet. Not sure what to say about that. At first I thought it was very dirty, but after being there a day or so, I think it was just very very worn out....

This was our first trip to the Smokey Mountains. We were not disappointed. We had a great deal on our room rate so I really don't have a complaint. If I had to choose one nick pick it would be the room carpet needs replacing. Other than sleeping, we didn't spend much time at the hotel.

Stayed one night and that was enough- just so,so. Room small and somewhat dated . Bed and linens not very nice or comfortable. We usually stay at Comfort Suites , which I realize our nicer but - for the price and advertising that they are supposed to be upscale - they need to step up the quality of their rooms....

Nothing really bad to report. Room was clean enough. Maid service took care of trash and towels everyday. Breakfast room was a little small. Worst part of the experience was the check in. We got there at 2:00, told we couldn't check in until 4:00. Came back at 3:45, already 3 couples and 1 single in line ahead of me....

We have always stayed here when vacationing in Pigeon Forge but never again! The housekeeping lady came everyday and took our towels but NEVER cleaned the room nor did she bring us towels until I went searching for some each day. We stayed four nights. After three days I had to ask the front desk for someone to empty the...

My family and I have stayed at this hotel 2 times in the past eight months. Both times we have found it very pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The breakfast has always been great as well. We will definitely stay here again.
