We had a 2 bedroom suite. Upon check in found hair in the bath tub, and carpets were filthy. One room was cleaned and the other was never touched... The entire stay! I called the front desk and the lady was very rude and said "What do you want me to do about it now?" Only thing they could do...

Easy access to attractions depending on traffic, perfect for The Island. Clean and comfortable room. I was disappointed I did not get a balcony as promised and parking was not always next to the hotel but easy walk across the back area of the hotel. I was left to wait while checking in at the hotel, as the front desk...

I have stay here lots of times and probably will be back lots more. The place is in a great location. Its right in front of The Island and close to the Lumberjack Feud. It has several eating places to go to close by. The rooms are always clean and the staff is eager to help in anyways possible. Very...

Hotel is in really bad need of updating. Carpet so smelly that it's nauseating. Odor of cigarettes smoke and generally funk also from air units. Small bathroom with low ceilings. Very low lighting. Furniture in really bad shape with worn stained cushions. On the bright side: location is great! Bed was new although a little hard. Staff was friendly. House...

My husband and I recently stayed at James Manor and what started off kind of bumpy ended up well. We booked a king fireplace jacuzzi room with balcony facing the street...nice room. However, our A/C did not work properly. It was 90 degrees when we arrived in Pigeon Forge which made the room almost unbearable. I called the desk and...

We stayed here because of the location, which is excellent if you are looking to be close to "The Island" and all it offers. Unfortunately, location is the only thing we enjoyed about our stay there. Staff person at check-in was rude and gave us the impression we were disturbing her. The rooms were bright at night (we faced the...

Well we went back to Pigeon Forge again this year three straight years. We stayed at James Manor as the past two years we had a great experience there. I must say this is the best kept secret in Pigeon Forge as far as hotels. Clean, quiet, perfect location, close to everything, plenty of hot water, pool is very nice...

I will never stay nor recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The staff are rude and are not accommodating in any form. Their parking lot is intentionally not clearly marked so that they may collect a portion of tow fees. It's a shame for a hotel so closely located to the newest attractions in Pigeon Forge to be such...
