Wilderness in the smokies was pretty awesome. We only we for 2 nights but it was reasonably priced. There was a full kitchen that joined our room which helped cut the cost of eating out a lot. The water park was nice with long hours. We were able to go in earlier than the normal check in time of 4PM....

We spent the week here for an industry conference. It does have nice conference facilities and decent quality rooms. However, that is where the good stops. The entire facility is LOUD! The music is pumped into the hallways at alarmingly loud levels, the front desk personnel cannot even hear you to answer a question and the WiFi is horrible in...

Very clean but very expensive. My kids had a good time in the arcade area, but be prepared to pay......Very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg...... The large pizza is probably the best deal as far as food. The hot tub was amazing.

We stayed at this property during a convention week in Sevierville as most the other places were full and could not get any rate discounts. The high room rate includes waterpark access so I would just rate it an average instead of poor value. The adults were here mostly for the convention activities so didn't need to use much of...

We found that this resort offered everything that it said it would plus the Smokey Mountain charm, Check in process, Rooms, and resort entertaiment. The inside water park was just right for our grandkids.

We are repeat customers... We typically visit with our 3 daughters (ages 11, 9, and 4). Fun for all ages. This particular trip, I took my almost 10 year old and three friends for a birthday trip. The girls wore themselves out swimming in the wave pool and climbing the stairs to ride the water slides. It was an extremely...

Conveniently located, clean and reasonably priced. However, in house restaurants are very overpriced. Lots of options nearby. There is a 15% up charge on meals delivered to your room in addition to the already higher prices and that was disappointing. However, when I explained that my salad was poor quality, the manager promptly gave me a voucher for the next...

If you are looking for dated dark clean ugly rooms this is your place! The staff is only half concerned about your stay and guest service is not a top priority. You also walk forever to get to your room. A person that can not walk far should not stay here. The activities are good and that is about it.

Very nice resort, but the time share tour ruined an entire day. They will tell you it takes a couple hours max but we were stuck there for over three hours after continuing to tell them NO THANKS. The assessment fees are crazy and the prices are over $50K. If you can book this resort online for a several night...

This Hotel is terrible! Don't ever try to stay here. The room above us was noisy with kids running around and jumping, you can hear a loud bang coming from upstairs, you feel like ceiling is falling down on you, the ceilings are not made solid concrete and sound proof. Can't sleep for the third night now and to think...
