First of all this is one of the cleanest motels we have ever been guests in. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bath was small but well stocked with towels and soap. We did have a few problems, first was the noise from the parkway being bothersome while trying to sleep and the shape of the motel allows the exhaust fumes... More

Stayed there on Oct.8&9th. Was very suprised to the cleanliness of the place.Rates are very reasonable. There is a cute garden at the rear of the place, that you must take the time to see. There are no coffee pots in the room, but the front desk will set you up.

I had stayed here 6 years ago for just 1 night with a good experience. I chose to stay again for 3 nights on this trip. I have stayed in lots of condos, cabins, and motels in the area and can say this is the one of the cleanest properties around. Great daily housekeeping services, combined with reasonable prices and... More

This is an older two-story establishment. Rooms seemed to be well insulated from each other because there was no room-to-room noise. The property is well maintained, and the room was SPOTLESS. Mountain Aire is an excellent value for the price and location. I will definitely stay here again if we're visiting the area.

The sign reads "Older than some cleaner than most" which is true how ever they should also write on there "This is a NO SMOKING facility." Which I by no means have an issue with since no one in my family smokes. However I do have issues with the owners sneaking around the parking lot and in bushes trying to... More

This hotel is a little older but very clean and well maintained. We always stay here when we come to town. Employees are very nice and friendly. Our room has microwave and fridge, table and couch. Nice!

This is our 5th or 6th time to stay at this wonderful motel. I recommended it to my nephew and his family so we went in July for 4 nights. It was a wonderful stay. The motel had been repainted and a lot of new fixtures. It was clean and great smelling rooms when you entered. The housekeeping was wonderful.... More

I almost don't want to write a review only for selfish reasons. We love this little Motor Inn, it isn't new but I promise it is the cleanest. Simplicity at it's BEST! The rooms are big enough, wifi, pool, quiet stay. The price is affordable for most family budgets. This is our favorite stay while in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!

I stole that title from the Mountain Aire itself. And they were absolutely right. Located next to Flapjacks, it was an easy walk for breakfast. The rooms were spotless. The water pressure in the shower was great. We were fortunate in that we were on the ground floor as we were traveling with my mom and dad. It would have... More

Another stay at this throwback property, and another pleasant visit. The nicest ladies run this property, which is always well kept and spotless. Though the furnishings are a little dated, everything works and the beautiful garden area out back is a pleasant spot to relax. Rates are very reasonable, rooms are quiet and there is a pancake house next door... More
