Nice place to stay if you are staying in Townsend. Stayed there 5 nights. Good clean place. The lady up front was very nice and helpful. We stayed in one of the rooms but they also do have some nice looking cabins that they rent out also. Really close to Cades Cove and that is way we decided to stay... More

We stayed in a cabin & it was very nice.. Extremely nice people. Well maintained property. The cabin we stayed in overlooked the river. It was clean and very private. It had a little deck with a picnic table & also 2 adirondak type chairs. I highly recommend this place.

Older motel and individual cabins on main highway in Townsend. Clean facilities for the most part. Neded better dusting. Few ammenities. Nice personnel. We had cabin right by highway so be sure to ask for cabin by river if available. Nice big porch.

After many years of coming to the Smokies and having stayed in an assortment of local and chain motels, I have found heaven. The first time I stayed here I got one of the regular rooms rooms. This time I got a room with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is awesome and has access to the little river in... More

We love smaller hotels and mom-and pops and Docks just strengthened the love. The owners truly care about their business as the cleanliness, details, and charm show. We stayed in a river cabin which truly looks over the Little River. It was spacious, quiet, and had the conveniences we needed. Very friendly staff! We will definitely be back!

Just returned from a 4 day family trip to Townsend, TN. Had never been before and gathering information about places to stay was a challenge. It is a good feeling to arrive someplace new, and after seeing all of the other choices you realize you picked the BEST spot. There are 6 of us so we took Cabin 22 right... More

My 18-year-old son and I took our annual father-son trip. The hotel came with good reviews. We got a nice two-bed kitchenette for $86 per night, tax included. The motel is American-owned and family-operated. It features a nice pool, very clean, and there are also cabins on-site for rent. If you like to fish, the river behind the cabins features... More

Stayed in a 1 room cabin with 3 double beds...it was perfect for our 4 grand children that were with us. They loved it! Has great covered deck with rocking chairs and picnic table...the cabin was clean and the refrigerator was super cold. There is a microwave but no stove. Pool was clean and the grounds were kept very neat.... More

Such a wonderful stay. We were late for check-in. They put key and info on door as they live on site and close at 830. Cabin #15 was occupied by 14 of us 6 adults 8 children. It was decorated in 60's/70's furnishings which were in perfect shape. Loved the throwback in time! We had 2 bedrooms with double beds... More

Had a nice time in the area and really enjoyed the motel. Not fancy, just a nice, clean and comfortable place. Sharon (the owner) was a very pleasant person and told us the history of the area and motel. Very nice and clean pool. Quite refreshing the warm weather. Would stay again.
