We stayed with our twin 6 year old daughters. Great view. The last 500 feet up the mountain were rough but that's what happens when you want a view. Phone navigation got us to the door. Perfect cabin for small family. Great kitchen and set up. All new appliances including keurig coffee maker. 10 minutes to pigeon forge or 10...

We rented our cabin for our honeymoon trip, it should have been a 3 night stay, upon arrival we realized the cabin is up on this steep drive, a dangerous right turn has to be made to enter it. While sitting on the deck, 10 minutes in, I was stung by a bee, we realized the deck was infested with...

Me and my husband rented the cabin "All about that view" for our honeymoon. We absolutely LOVE it! It was well worth its money and had a beautiful view. Off in the mountains for privacy and easy to find. We did not want to leave. Randy the manager of Timberwinds, answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner....

We loved the privacy and real mountain feel of being in the Bear View Cabin. It had everything you needed for a great stay. We grilled out, enjoyed the clean and very warm hot tub. We loved the size of the king bed (the mattress was quite soft - it might be good to put a board under there). The...

Stayed at Up The Creek cabin in Sevierville, TN. We wanted secluded and that is TOTALLY what we got!!! We are NOT very picky people and we were pleased with this cabin and all the amenities. It had a washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. All towels and kitchen towels were provided. Jacuzzi was clean and ready when we arrived. Everything...

Randy was just a great guy to deal with! However the place named "Eagles Lodge" was awful with the top issue of roaches!!! We noticed one or two in the beginning excusing it to be due to woods. However we encountered more and more ! Awful. Ceiling fan outside didn't work, beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Our vacation at Bear Hugs was flawless from the initial call requesting information to checkout. Timberwinds was very patient , knowledgeable and helpful when assisting me to ensure we reserve a cabin suitable to our request, The cabin was vey clean , having a washer/dryer was very convenient as well as two bathrooms. Very secluded with breathtaking views! Would definitely...

My family of 5 chose Bear Creek Lodge for our Spring Break getaway. We could have stayed in one of the smaller cabins, but because we were going to be there for close to a week, I decided that it would be best if we all could spread out some and have our own space. I have 2 teenagers and...

We rented the view for two cabin for our anniversary. The cabin was beautiful. When booking I specifically asked for a secluded cabin and they told me it was. I shared a driveway with the neighbor and was surround by houses. The house was full of carpenter ants, saw a few stink bugs and thankfully only one spider(which was in...

We stayed in the cabin called "WOW" with Timberwinds. The cabin and view was absolutely breath taking ! The inside was so clean and spotless and the way they had the lights and music made us feel welcomed and cozy. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, and all the privacy needed to enjoy our stay. The drive...

“Be aware the name of the house is not on the property. The tv and lights are left on. I was unsure if we were at the correct place.”

“The cabins are not private and is more like a subdivision. There are small grills out front. No real yard area.”

“Read the reviews! There are always going to be a few bad ones, because people tend to write a review when they are displeased, not when they are pleased. Pay attention to the important details of reviews, such as cleanliness, staff, etc. Don't let the issues such as bugs and steep hills turn you away! Remember you are staying in a cabin and in the mountains!”
