Spent a lovely night at the Joule for Valentine's Day last week and the property and service were impressive as always. When we arrived I asked that my car be kept close by so we could leave for dinner shortly, and the crew quickly offered us access to the hotel cars where was a comfortable and easy alternative. We enjoyed...

Lovely restaurant with efficient and gracious service. Mediterranean, Turkish, Greek delicacies. A repeat, friendly for families and yet cozy for couples. The beef lamb dishes are beautifully seasoned and the presentation makes one's mouth water. I had tried the moussaka before and was disappointed they didn't have it. SO GOOD. No wine yet but we I don't think there is...

From the time I arrived I knew I was going to like this place. The bell staff at the front door were right on cue when my cab pulled up, then I went right to check in and experienced friendly and competent service. My room was clean, well appointed, albeit a tad on the small size, but I was alone...

Stayed one night while on business travel, have stayed multiple times. Entire team is fabulous, looks for ways to help exceed and make your visit great! Hue at concierge is outstanding, along with Americano, CBD, and house car drivers. Great location in the city, too! Will definitely be back again!

My husband and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at The Joule Hotel downtown Dallas. The service here is phenomenal, from the person who greeted us, Orion, when we drove up, to the manager, Andrew, who UPGRADED our room to a King 2 room Suite, to the attendant, Eve, at the Spa which we spent almost 4 hours in. When...

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Very clean, contemporary and absolutely beautiful. We got upgraded to a suite and it was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Everything was so shinny and sparkling clean. Great location, but be careful at night. Lots of beggars mingling around. Not to worry though you don't have to go far...

This is an amazing property right in the middle of downtown Dallas, next to Neiman Marcus. It's a boutique hotel with an amazing contemporary art collection throughout. We were upgraded to a huge room - lots of electronics, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had some issues with lighting and curtains. The bathroom has a glass wall so the windows in...

I never stayed at the hotel, but went to the underground bar The Midnight Rambler each night for a week. Great vibe and cocktails. The service was awesome. Ask for Tony, he was our server and was above board on every aspect. He recommended great drinks for my friends and brought a full bottle of soda water instead of filling...

The Joule is undoubtedly a jewel. The hotel is perfectly located in central Dallas, beautifully appointed and has great restaurants; let's name the fab Americano. But what makes The Joule stand out is the staff. From the reception, where people great you by name when you walk past, the concierge team lead by Andrew always ready to help, to the...

For $260 you would expect a bed that can accommodate two adults comfortably. The reservation said it was a queen bed but it was definitely a double bed. Thank goodness it was just one night. But, the staff was good and helpful, the room was clean and the interior was well done. Location is prime and getting your car from...
