Great dinner at the Crescent Club. Wonderful food and service. Rodrigo the manager was terrific. Great bar and the decorations were just right. All in all it could not have been a better event. Thanks to all.

This is a regular, business-type hotel where everything seems very bland. What I noticed this time was the absence of things like bottled water in my room, which I was oddly irritated by. The colour-schemes are old-hat and one could stay here a week without even noticing one's surroundings, but without feeling particularly cosseted.

The lobby of this hotel is lovely, the staff is friendly and welcoming and that's about where it stops. This is considered a luxury hotel rivaling the Ritz Carlton and unfortunately does not stack up. We were given a room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool area. The french doors in our room opened, but did not seal completely...

For what they promote as a luxury hotel, this was a real disappointment. Building is beautiful and location is great, in the heart of the city and close to everything. Comfortable beds. Where Crescent Court falls short is the attention to detail I expect at a place of this caliber. Telephone handset didn't work so you had to call on...

Our go-to Ritz Carlton was booked, so my husband and I decided to try the Hotel Crescent Court. We haven't stayed here since the Ritz has been open, and decided to give it a try. We checked in to the Hotel Crescent Court for a one night stay with high hopes of finding a true 5 star property. Unfortunately this...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel Crescent Court to attend a wedding in Dallas, Texas. I have always preferred The Ritz Carlton and The Mansion on Turtle Creek, but I must say we enjoyed the Hotel and our stay very much. The Hotel went through an update a year or two ago and it shows! The Lobby...

I lived in Dallas for ten years and based on my interaction with the neighboring office tower, I always assumed the Crescent hotel was nice. You can imagine my disappointment when I checked in for a quick one night stay and got a room that was just dingy and sad. Maybe this room was nice and well kept 20 years...

Hotel is beautiful! Spaciousness of the room was more than other hotels. Balcony was small but neat. Bathroom clean and separate seating area great for getting ready. Meeting space very nice. Large hotel with separate buildings for meetings. Court area was very prettty as well.

Positives - in room dining -Superb and fast service. The in room dining staff were the only staff with a smile and the only ones that made me feel welcome. Oh- Moulton brown bath products are always nice. Check in was fast, but surly. I noted that the other person checking in was treated more kindly than I. And I...

This was our first year to spend New Year's Eve at the Luxurious Crescent Club. We were greeted with champagne as we made a grand entrance on the red carpet.
