The Warwick Melrose Hotel stands out above all its competition. The historic fabric of this hotel reflects a time when style and grace were king. While providing all the current amenities, its character redefines an era when a distinct touch would set you apart from the crowd--and this hotel does all that and more. As a traveller who has been...

Nice, historic hotel in Dallas' Oak Lawn. Classic décor and well-kept rooms. Our room was significantly larger than expected, everything worked and was clean. In-room safe, coffee, robe, iron and amenities were excellent. Great fitness room without crowds. Library bar with inviting atmosphere. Breakfast at the Landmark was just average, though. I really appreciated the free coffee and newspapers in...

The Melrose is a converted apartment building from the 40's or so. It is a warm and cozy hotel with great rooms, some with original options. Rooms are spacious, to say the least, and very clean and neet! The management is friendly and willing to help with anything you can come up with. Not only is the hotel 'classy' and...

This hotel is great for people that enjoy being treated as if they are paying guests without feeling like paying guests! The employees are efficient, courteous, well groomed, knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel welcomed the moment you enter the property. We were on the 8th floor, with a view of the valet parking lot and businesses and the...

Stayed here for the second time recently. Both stays have been great. The staff is very helpful and always polite. Inside of the hotel is beautiful and old timey. This time they had a car service that will take you anywhere within a few miles of the hotel and back which was very convenient. Location is also walking distance to...

The Melrose is lovely older hotel, impeccably maintained. The staff (for the most part) are incredibly solicitous. And they manage issues very well. However . . . there were issues. My family (7 women on a reunion) stayed here three nights last week. I reserved two rooms for us. We got there, checked in and were quite pleased. We had...

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, shuttle driver, cleanliness of hotel, elegance, convenient location. I appreciate the bit of history as it is a landmark sitting there for 93 years. Given the age I was concerned but they completely passed my expectations and the standard rooms were gorgeous and very spacious not to mention comfortable! One of my favorites...

We loved the hotel, the valet is quick and the staff was very friendly. We went down to have a drink at the bar and were surprised at the crowd. It has a great atmosphere and live music. The hotel would be a great weekend stay for couples with the restaurant and bar onsite.

I travel for work and stay in hotels three to four nights a week. This is seriously the worst front desk experience ever. Asked to talk to a manager and he couldn't be found. We actually left and went to Omni just to avoid this experience. Avoid them at all costs!

Missing and unapologetic staff. Missed on all extras. Tattered drapes. But the library bar was cool and had we stayed there I would bump the experience up. Restaurant was understaffed and food was seriously not as interesting, tasty or even as exciting as IHOP. Oh Tripple the $
