I recently had a family death and just needed a good sleep while visiting in Fredericksburg, Texas. The room air conditioning unit was loud and i could not sleep due to the noise. Attempted to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I walked over to try to adjust the AC and to turn on a floor lamp...

All bathrooms NEED a night light, to keep from breaking one's neck in the middle of the night. The shower curtain rod sagged down, causing the curtain to leave gaps at each end (lots of water on the floor). and the curtain was too long; I kept stepping on it. there was NO PHONE, so no wake-up calls. The mirror...

The main website does not mention anything about requesting a room with a refrigerator or microwave. The "Deluxe king" description makes not mention of that, However on priceline the About page does make mention of this. I did not realize this until I got there and needed to keep things cold. The front desk person was not too friendly and...

After spending an entire day next to my dying mother, my brother convinced me I needed to get some sleep. As it was 10 pm on a Friday night, I used hotels.com to book a room here for $130. When I checked in, the woman at the desk was having difficulties with someone on the phone. After about 10 minutes...

The visit overall was nice. The hotel changed hands within the last year per the manager and things were a work in progress. Housekeeping was the #1 priority and I hope they will be successful. Our stay began with the wrong size room. We needed a for 4 not 2. But the customer service was amazing! The front desk, the...

We had to be in this area due to a funeral of a dear friend. At the same time, Blanco had Lavender Fest and Fredricksburg very busy. We grabbed this room online because everything else was booked. We knew we only had 2 double beds but was pleasantly surprised that, although busy, this place had friendly staff, the room was...

The staff is friendly. The breakfast is standard. Good to explore Fredericksburg and close enough to Six Flags Fiesta. Visit a brewery from here. I would stay here again. Have also printing service if you ask kindly at the front desk!

Our reservation was for a double bed room but we were given a king room. When we went downstairs to get the room we should have had in the first place we were told that if anything had been messed with in the first room that we would be charged for it. The front desk lady was extremely rude and...

This hotel is a perfect place to stay for a trip to the hill country. My wife and I went to Fredericksburg for our 1 year anniversary and had tons of stuff planned to do. Rather than spend a pile of money of some overpriced bed and breakfast that we would only be sleeping at, we chose to book this...
