We’ve been going to Rockport/Fulton for many years. We’ve stayed at different places in the area and The Inn at Fulton Harbor has been the best, by far! Comfortable, clean and close to restaurants and fishing! Bonus…beautiful pool and hot tub and very friendly staff!!

This lovely inn has sparkling pool, friendly and helpful staff, and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN rooms. Comfortable bedding and huge rooms that are tastefully decorated. You know you're at the beach (that can't be said for the Hilton!). We had a wonderful visit - wish it could have been longer.

Certainly was an exceptional stay at Inn at Fulton Harbor. Room was nice and so roomy. Close to a lot of things to do and also close eating places. Didn't have to drive so much. we even stayed back in our room and played cards. hope to stay again. Checking in and checking out went very smoothly. yard very well maintained.

If you want a larger room, stay in the suite - king bed/comfy good quality sheets, large bathroom/kitchen/dining area/extra seating. Plenty of space for others to visit if traveling in a group. Worth mentioning is what Craig, the owner did after Hurricane Harvey ... he saw an opportunity to salvage the oak trees which were damaged from the devastating storm and had beautiful benches made for all rooms, also there are accent walls with slats of oak in a diagonal pattern - beautiful!

We stayed here the weekend before Christmas, visiting the area to find an RV park to park our camper for the summer. The rooms are quite large and even the standard rooms have a mini-kitchen and dining table. There were also 2 comfortable easy chairs in front of the bay windows. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable though the bed's quite high and a little hard to get in and out of for a shorter person like myself ( 5"2"). Room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The bath towels were really big which you don't see in a hotel often and I really liked. It was chilly so we didn't use the pool but it was quite lovely, making for a nice view from the Adirondack chairs outside our our 2nd floor room. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing awesome, but there was coffee and a coffee maker in the room. The staff was very friendly and the winter rates made it a really good deal. There were few guests so it was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a lovely stay in a great location across the road from the Fulton pier.…

Use to stay here all the time, it’s been a few years and our first time back this place has gone downhill big time, so so sad. Room was just nasty the floors will turn anything black, I had to mop them my self just to be able to get in bed (which had hair in both of them) then come to find out the shower won’t drain. Very upset with this room, makes a quick getaway very stressful.

Clean, well kept hotel across from the Fulton harbor. Very pleasant staff & well organized. Room was comfortable with bath amenities. Maid service was done well while we were at the pool. We’ll be back.

- Highlights: This is a newly redone place with nice open area and nice rooms. There are some peers for fishing and a couple of bait shops. The rooms are really nice and spacious. Amenities are all there. In our room, upstairs, there is a hot plate, a microwave (that works as a convection oven too), a full size fridge, cutlery, dishes, a can opener, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a large knife and cutting board. You get to pick your breakfast before midnight for the next day (just call in the front desk). They have a great choice of danish (pastries), cereal, fruit, yogurts, drinks (OJ and milks), muffins, bagels, etc. There is lots of room in the drawers and to hang your clothes. Although we came 2 weeks after the Texas snow storm of 2021, the palm trees and courtyard area were very nice. The pool is well kept. There is lots of room for parking. There is a table with 4 chairs and 2 large armchairs. Walmart is about 1.8 miles from the hotel. They have free wifi (another hotel nearby was charging for it and it was only up to 2 devices). See our review for Fulton and Rockport too. - Lowlights: Prices are 50 % higher for Spring Break. It is located in a nice location at the end of main road right on Fulton harbor. Clean pots and pans (we found a little roach in one of ours - no big deal - may no one had been in the room for a while). - Tips: Get an upstairs room to avoid noise from neighbors (at least from upstairs). Make sure you do not just stay in that area and explore.…

We stayed here for one night, before catching the Whooping Crane boat tour. It was very clean and comfy, and right across the street from the boat harbor. It has a nice outside balcony with chairs to watch the boats at the docks. The room had a little cooking area and mini-fridge. Breakfast was complimentary, you ordered the night before.
