Detailed Reviews
If you want a larger room, stay in the suite - king bed/comfy good quality sheets, large bathroom/kitchen/dining area/extra seating. Plenty of space for others to visit if traveling in a group.
Worth mentioning is what Craig, the owner did after Hurricane Harvey ... he saw an opportunity to salvage the oak trees which were damaged from the devastating storm and had beautiful benches made for all rooms, also there are accent walls with slats of oak in a diagonal pattern - beautiful!

We stayed here the weekend before Christmas, visiting the area to find an RV park to park our camper for the summer. The rooms are quite large and even the standard rooms have a mini-kitchen and dining table. There were also 2 comfortable easy chairs in front of the bay windows. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable though the bed's quite high and a little hard to get in and out of for a shorter person like myself ( 5"2"). Room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The bath towels were really big which you don't see in a hotel often and I really liked. It was chilly so we didn't use the pool but it was quite lovely, making for a nice view from the Adirondack chairs outside our our 2nd floor room. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing awesome, but there was coffee and a coffee maker in the room. The staff was very friendly and the winter rates made it a really good deal. There were few guests so it was quiet and relaxing. Overall, a lovely stay in a great location across the road from the Fulton pier.

I’ve stayed here a couple times over the past 5 years. I come back for several reasons, friendly helpful staff, super clean rooms, beddings, and generous with towels. The pool is maintained daily. The breakfast bar has changed due to Covid but we had bagels with cream cheese and jams, boiled peeled eggs, multiple cereal and oatmeal choices, juice, tea and coffee. All ready for pick up near the office at the time we designated. Did I mention location? Couldn’t be better, across the street from Charlotte Plumbers Seafood Restaurant, next door to an Irish pub, it’s on the pier so fishing is good, lots of bait shops right there. There’s also a nice seawall walk path. And on weekends we saw live music from our hotel balcony. There is a stretch of beach but it was too crowded right before school - so we stuck to the shell shops and art galleries. Lovely hotel in a lovely quaint fishing town.

I was introduced to the Inn at Fulton Harbor several years ago by a friend and colleague at work. We held meetings in the conference room, with dinner served from Charlotte Plummer's across the street. I so enjoyed my time there and I have stayed at the Inn every time I come to the Coastal Bend. This last trip, I had a wonderful room with a kitchenette. There was a microwave and plates, silverware, glassware, and a large refrigerator, which allowed me to refreeze my freezer blocks for my upcoming trip further south. I wasn't comfortable with eating out (thank you COVID:( ), so being able to prepare meals was great! I have stayed in the cottage as well, and that has.a full kitchen. This Inn is spotlessly clean and the people who work there are so friendly. They offer a breakfast as well. Because of COVID, you put your order in the night before and they call your room when your meal is ready. I can't rate this place highly enough.

Use to stay here all the time, it’s been a few years and our first time back this place has gone downhill big time, so so sad. Room was just nasty the floors will turn anything black, I had to mop them my self just to be able to get in bed (which had hair in both of them) then come to find out the shower won’t drain. Very upset with this room, makes a quick getaway very stressful.

+1
The staff stands out for their friendly attitude across the board. I interacted with all 3 front desk clerks (Marjon, Peggy and my "shower tech"), all accomplished and went beyond to provide me with everything I requested and more. The grounds are extremely well kept. Elevator to second floor. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, harbor, and shopping. Easy parking.

This was a great spot, near the water and near Copano Bay where we met our fishing guide for a fun filled day of catching trout. It was raining so did not catch drum. Our grandson loved the experience. We could walk to several local restaurants and the pool was very nice. Towels are provided. We had a small kitchen with a king size bed and couch. Plenty of room. Also an adjoining room for daughter and her family, two queen beds and a microwave and dorm size frig. Will definitely keep This on our list for a future visit.

We’ve been going to Rockport/Fulton for many years. We’ve stayed at different places in the area and The Inn at Fulton Harbor has been the best, by far! Comfortable, clean and close to restaurants and fishing! Bonus…beautiful pool and hot tub and very friendly staff!!

We stayed here for one night, before catching the Whooping Crane boat tour. It was very clean and comfy, and right across the street from the boat harbor. It has a nice outside balcony with chairs to watch the boats at the docks. The room had a little cooking area and mini-fridge. Breakfast was complimentary, you ordered the night before.

They have parking behind the motel that might work, you will just have to call them and ask. There are boat slips all over the place, as I use a guide I don't pull my boat down there so I can't help you there. Might check out Fulton Beach Marina
We serve a continental breakfast including cereals, pastries, bagels, English muffins, jams, juice, fruit, milk, coffee and teas.
