I reckon it's the layout of the 'lobby'; its an intimate space that engenders a calmness, rather than the large, airy lobbies one usually sees in chain hotels. The elevator moves at a leisurely pace. The room was palatial. Spent a week at the property and always felt like *phew*

don't be that cheap, it isn't fun when you travel. I can't think of any parking options nearby.
