Don't ignore the other reviews saying this place is a dump. It's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. If you absolutely have to stay here, be prepared for a dirty room, dirty bathroom and a foul smell that runs through the whole hotel.

I spend 49-50 nights in a hotel a year all over the world. Honestly this is a horrible example- the most backward country has cleaner rooms. We paid $90+ For a king non-smoking accessible room. When we checked in they only one king on a second floor. Upon opening the door, the carpet is loose from the wall, the bathroom...

The place was acceptable. A little bit dirty (especially the bathroom) but this is our usual experience with Americas Best Value. The heating system was horribly loud, we had to shut it down to be able to sleep. The breakfast was really poor. Some very bad quality muffins and a couple of apples. That's it. I believe that the orange...

The hotel is very new and looks really good, also the price was really reasonable but the service quality it wasn't very good. All the employees have ESL so they weren't always able to help me when I need (ie. I lost my cellphone on the taxi, so I needed help to get the taxi number, but they weren't able...

We had a very long stay because of my husband's medical treatment. Most of the staff very helpful and took very good care of us. The continental breakfast is very good, and the free shuttle was wonderful.

Shower seemed to only provide hot or cold water. Had to get an even temperature, 6. If you stay on the weekend there is a club across the street...

We had the misfortune to have booked this hotel through Priceline.Com. This hotel is one of their "name your own price" hotels and you don't get to see the name or reviews until after you have paid. I only booked this hotel because I had a sick dog traveling with us and needed a hotel that allowed pets, close to...

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights in October for doctor visits at MD Anderson. We had a 2nd floor room overlooking a huge swimming pool and you can sit out on the balcony which is nice. The beds were comfortable and clean, however the room AC unit is positioned by the window so the air blasts right...

My son is a cancer patient at MD Anderson and we stayed here for 5 nights recently. He is light sleeper and found the room and the A/C very quiet. Any early question were resolved ASAP. Bathroom door did not lock, but that was not a problem for us. The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping cleaned, tidied up, and...
