When I booked the room I specifically told the booking agent with Westin that I needed 2 beds in our room. She said that it was available. We get here and they only have a king. Talked to the Mgr and he said sorry.

Hotel has bad service. I stayed through it while it was under renovation and then post renovation. The only thing that stayed consistent was their bad service.
