There was a pervasive smell in the room. Could not get rid of it and the window does not open so it remains. The single serving coffee pot was worthless as it dribbled coffee everywhere but in the cup. 3 and 4 outlet extensions were plugged into outlets seemingly a fire hazard. The A/C unit shut off before adequately cooling...

Dear valued guest, We have looked into the issues you raised with your room and did not find any evidence of a malfunctioning coffee maker, smell, or torn bedding. Furthermore, there was no evidence of ants, although we did treat the room as a precautionary measure. We strive to provide an exceptional guest experience for each of our guests. I...

I chose to stay at this hotel when visiting Dallas because it was close to DFW airport and had a free airport shuttle. I checked in quickly, got to my room and was pleased. The rooms look like they have been re-done.. doesn't look like the website at all. The room is your standard hotel room, the TV channel lineup...

My best friend and I stayed here on a trip out to a Cowboys game. He had a suite and I had a standard room. Both rooms exceeded our expectations. To get a room in Dallas on a Cowboys game day for $69 is unheard of so we had low expectations. Boy were we pleased. The service was outstanding and...

I have been frequenting this property for a loooong time. They have always delivered on providing a clean comfortable room, everytime. The location is pretty convenient, a quick ride to the airport and they share a parking lot with Denny's. Denny's $2.99 breakfast deal combined with the rates at this hotel make the combo pretty solid.

This has been my hotel for solo stopovers in DFW for 12 years. I've seen this hotel fluctuate from just okay to really good and back again several times. This time though I refused to even stay there for several reasons. * As I pulled into the parking lot the hotel looks extremely busy. Unfortunately this is only because they...

I have spoken to you regarding your stay and if you recall we concluded that I won't be issuing you a refund based solely on you threatening to post a negative review about us. I have requested TripAdvisor remove this review as it is completely false and a pathetic attempt by a guest to extort money.

This use to be my "go to" layover at DFW, but not anymore..the wifi is still as crappy as ever, the painter doesn't seem to be too proud of his work (still masking tape on fixtures, paint on the floor), the TV remote doesn't do anything other than turn the TV on. I do have to admit though that Lamar...

The staff was friendly and the lobby was nice. Free coffee in the mornings, but it's not very good. In our room, we were uncomfortable. The floors were not vacuumed. I walked around barefoot and had things stuck to the bottom of my feet. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the room smelled moldy. It made...

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. The room you stayed in has now been completely renovated along with several others that were in need of updates. I am sure you will be happy with your stay the next time you are in town. In addition, our WIFI has been completely overhauled and upgraded and we have a really fast...

Second time staying at the hotel recently. Rooms are quiet and clean, and staff friendly. Can't say that often about a budget hotel. Denny's restaurant next door is very convenient. Wi-fi has vastly improved since last visit (which wasn't bad), but now is even more consistent.
