There was a wedding going on downstairs we still heard loud music and bass all night... We were up most of the night. Other than that I was happy with the cleanliness and customer service! Try to get a room on the 6th floor and it may be quiet!

Appearances and well branded hotel chains can be deceiving. It all started at check-in after being on the road for 8 hours. Front desk was polite, but come to find out incompetent. The steps of our stay: Our group = dad, pregnant mom, child 1. Elevator breaks - one elevator during a massive rush of people. Can't be fixed easily....

This hotel was night. The staff was super helpful and greeted us immediately. Rooms clean. Bathrooms really tight. My husband really struggled to shower because at 6'2, it's difficult in a small shower. Even after turning the dial on the beds, the beds were still firm.

The staff provided a great service, although the hotel is showing signs of age. Some equipment in the room was defective, whilst the bed was very uncomfortable. Hotel has adjustable dial-in beds that are like a memory foam. Well it also remembers past guest and are worn creating a body dent within a couple hours that you have to climb out of. If you do not like these beds do not try it.
