Really enjoyed our stay here. It's traditional, not super-shiny modern but very clean, with the friendliest staff. The really cheerful guy on the front desk had such an infectious smile and his slightly older colleague was so kind to us. This is a great place for peace. Only

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. During our stay the hall was being renovated, the rooms were all done. It looks very nice! Great terrace on the roof for watching the sunset and just relaxing. We enjoyed staying here since it was one of the cleanest hotels we have had

My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to stumble on this hotel when the one we intended to stay at was full. It's very cute with a great view of the lake. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. I had the best shower in Guatemala in this hotel - hot water

It is a clean hotel with a nice view. Nothing fancy, do not expect a boutique hotel, but it's a good alternative for staying and the prices are fine. There is no restaurant for dinner or breakfast, so count on that when reserving.

They have one room on the ground floor. It is in the back, with a balcony overlooking the lake. I think there were two beds in it. The bathroom will likely have one step up into it, as is typical in this kind of place to accommodate plumbing. The shower in our room was walk-in (no tub). There are also a couple of steps into the lobby from the street. If your elderly friend can handle a few steps this would work fine.

Hi, yes. You can find a place on the street where the hotel is. We parked about 100 m from the hotel.
