Amazing views, beautiful rooms and delicious food! You can take a dip in the lake at any time. We really didn't want to leave! Lorena and Arturo are wonderful hosts and know all about Peten. If you are visiting Tikal, or any of Peten's Mayan ruins, stay here! Nitun is on a private reserve near Flores city, get there by...

Definitely the best place to stay in Petén when visiting the local destinations. Rooms are very comfy and spacious. The food, which happen to be amazing, is catered upon guest preferences. Lorena the owner, the staff and everyone involved in the hotel are super friendly and kind. I can´t stress enough about how nice and peaceful Nitun is.

To a certain extent, Nitun has quite...

Upon entering the game premises I felt as though I had always known the proprietors. I can't explain what it is -- perhaps it's the chef who caters the meals to my preferences or the welcoming, spotless accommodations. Lounging in he dining area when the downpour hits is one of the most peaceful memories I have. I am definitely returning!

We had the privilege of meeting Lorena (the owner) and Arturo and eating dinner at Ni'tun for two nights while we stayed at the adjacent property of Bolontiku resort. At the time we booked at Bolontiku, we were unaware of Ni'tun and very much regret that we did not stay at this property instead. We were lucky to stumble upon...
