Stayed in the Hotel on a business trip, and when I was sent the cost details by work I wasn't enthusiastic. When I arrived I was more than pleasantly surprised, the hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel room very clean and spacious. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food and service with a smile. There...

Popped in here for lunch on our way to Valle de los Caidos. I'm 52 and was the youngest customer by several decades. It felt like a Spanish version of a rather genteel golf club in Surrey. Food was fine - ribs in barbecue sauce with patatas bravas. Expected to see our fellow diners on the bus to Valle de...

First time in El Escorial - out here working in Valdemorillo. Arrived late on a Tuesday evening - greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. WiFi access simple - good broadband speed. Didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening - too many good places within easy walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast wasn't served...

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been welcoming, comfortable and competitively priced. Added bonus is the underground parking which is a big plus due to limited parking in the area.

I love lunch here - really adore the place! !! A two minute stride from the monastery on the edge of the Park the terrace is elegant and very confortable. White linen tabkecloths and servillets and proper wine glasses are provided for a daily menu at less than 12 euros is incredible on its own but when you consider the...

I stayed here for a week while attending a conference. This is an excellent hotel located very close to the main bus station. The location is a very big advantage since (unless you are driving) you will have to take the bus to go anywhere (either Madrid city or El Escoria railway station) and taxis are not easily available for...

We stayed with friends at Los Lanceros hotel for four nights. At the time of our stay The Fiestas of San Lorenzo were on. It was a most enjoyable stay. It was far enough from all the noice of las fiestas celebrations and close enough to the town (3 minutes walk to the town centre). The hotel was great value...
