the room was very pretty, just a little bit cold but with extra blankets! the hospitality was nice, with offers of thea, coffee. people were 5* the bathroom: the roof on top of the tube too small. the glass roof on top of the jaccuzi could be cleaner and the experience would be even better. all the environment was rustic...

Bergheim - is a totally enchanted nearly sleepy (compared to more touristy Ribeauvillé/Riquewihr) medieval walled village which is simply perfect for a short or long stay and central to the Route du Vin with Colmar 15km/15 mind drive, away. The Cours du Bailli is an old cobblestoned courtyarded building (see photos please!) entered through a huge doorway large enough for...

Inn Travel chose this hotel for us- we hauled our bags up to our attic room and felt we were in the C18th with indoor facilities! Kitchen and fridge very welcome, great water pressure to rinse off the dust from our cycle ride, 3 course meal typically Alsaciènne and delicious. Breakfast served at the rear in a courtyard. This was...

We arrived quite late and had to wait a bit for our keys as the waiter was busy with restaurant guests. But, the rooms were amazing with elegant furnitures. Reception staff very kind and helpful, recommended emblematic Alsatian villages to visit.

The room is spacious but dated but comfortable. It does get warm & there is no air condition. The restaurant gets very busy so do make reservation. They don't have any vegan option but managed to make me something. The next morning at checkout we paid the bill but left our wallet at the reception. We made our way to...

Right in the center of the town (which is beautiful). You could park to unload, but then had to move the car to a town lot on the outskirts - but it was a short walk. The property is super charming. The staff was friendly. The pool was fun and funky. We booked a family room and had lots of...

We stayed one night in a clean comfortable family apartment. Just outside we had a private terasse for six people where we sat in the evening enjoying the local wine bought earlier in the day. The staff was quick, service minded and always friendly. On Sunday morning we could sit outside in the cozy inner yard having breakfast in the...

We spent two nights in this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only glitch was that the baths have no hand holds so for older people it's difficult to get out of the bath. The evening meals were most enjoyable. The breakfasts were average. The hotel is very central.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel, and have enjoyed it every time. The apartments are spacious and nicely decorated with a small but very well equipped kitchenette. This time we stayed in La Tourelle with our two children. The apartment was modern in feeling, but had beautiful beams throughout. The bathroom was big and very clean--...
