Comfortable enough and plenty of space for 2 of us in an apartment that can take 5 (would be cramped!). Location for skiing is perfect and access to the town via a lift just across the road is also pretty easy (10minutes to the centre). There is also a convenient place to buy bread and pastries opening at 8am each...

Apart from the carpet of the floors being poluted with small needle sharp wooden pins, which during the day on ski finds it way penetrating your heels or likewise, resulting in a lot of pain, the apartment is nice and spacious enough for a family of four persons. The terrasse is facing west, giving a good opportunity to enjoy the...

I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel and had to make my own bed.. location near slopes was good but this is very old and dated.. only getting the second star for the location.. accommodation was only worthy of one star.. stayed at another Pierre and Vacance 4 star in Chamonix that was fabulous

Dear Michelle, Thank you for sharing your experience with the tripadvisor users. It is a great pity to know you have mixed feelings about your stay in our ski resort. We are very sorry to read that you expected the residence to be different. It´s true that there is no hotel service of daily bed making included after arrival. This...

I travelled with my step son 23 and two children 12 ands 14. Initial reaction on entering the apartment was a little disappointed. However, by the end of the week we loved being there. I would say that taken in isolation the apartment would be 3 * at most. It was a little tired and as we had booked for...

Excellent ski accommodation on the slopes! Literally ski door to door! Wake up to folk skiing passed your window! A short walk into town to lots of fab restaurants. Small kitchenette fully equipped. All in all slightly expensive accommodation but perfect location so worth it!

In March/April 2013, we stayed in Residence Douchka which is part of P&V's estate in Avoriaz. We thought the town was great. I am a beginner but my wife is a very good skier / snowboarder and we found a little of everything. The ski in / ski out set up of the town (and our accommodation) were fantastic. For...

I booked this apartment because it advertised WiFi available. When I arrived I logged in and paid 20 euros for "superfast" Wifi. However at best it is extremely slow and most of the time it is non existent. To access the internet with a reasonable speed I have to go and sit in reception, which is a real pain as...
