We had an amazing 1 week holiday, we booked it through Alpenglow Ski, they were excellent and met all our requirements. Esprit Ski were excellent with our childcare and also our Chalet host Emily was spectacular couldn't fault her, her cooking was excellent and she had a great sense of humour 😄 We used New Generation ski instructor Sian, who...

Visited Les Arcs with Esprit Jan 2014, as previous experience with them Jan 2013 had been good. However this time, service was not to standard. We were at Chalet Altitude and standard was poor... Lack of hygiene & cleanliness. Rooms and living area seemed uncleaned from last guests. Kitchen area was filthy and services not wiped daily. The chalet host...

Stayed in a chalet here, it was very dated and the seating a little grubby. The rooms were not a bad size for a ski chalet and the water was on the whole hot (as long as you didn't have the last shower)! The food was below average but that's down to a chalet maid who had zero interest in...

We had a lovely apartment, 3 double beds, huge lounge/kitchen and balconies. Just right for the family and a log fire too. Nicely decorated but silly pointless furniture shaped objects in the lounge. Thoughtless. The pool area in the basement was very popular with the children. Lovely views over 1950 too. Great location near the great skiing on offer in...

It was fantastic. The chalet host was superb, great cook and very welcoming and friendly. He couldnt do enough for the people in the chalet....

The challet was a really good size, the bedrooms were fine though beds were a bit hard, generally clean and tidy with pool and sauna in the hotel. The best point was the challet staff who were brilliant and their food was all we could have asked for, they even gave us individually wrapped cake for the coach trip back...

We stayed in Chalet Matterhorn, part of the Altitude complex in Les Arcs 2000 from 26 Dec - 2 Jan 11 Ski France.co.uk were our tour operators and do not invest in their staff as far as training therefore the standard of chalet hosting was poor. All young gap year students, we had 5 different people hosting us within one...

Myself and 9 other friends booked into a chalet within the Chalet Altitude Hotel Complex at Les Arcs 2000 resort. This was via Ski France. There are a large number of 'chalets' inside the complex, each individually named and each managed by a chalet host. Good Points: - The details of my allergy were clearly communicated to the chalet host...
