Stayed with a ski group a couple of years ago. We could put our skis on outside the boot room and ski down tracks where there was a choice of two chair lifts-one to the main resort and one for the resorts higher up the valley. We could ski back to the door of the boot room but you need...

Stayed at Piolet last week on a school trip. The accommodation could not have been better for a school party - basic but very comfortable rooms cleaned to a very high standard. The staff in the hotel made the week. I cannot explain how amazing each and every one was. So helpful and fantastic with the kids! Nothing was too...

When I went to this hotel on a school trip I had expectations from the outside it would be decent but wasn't actually want it seemed. I was very disappointed with it because when it came to breakfast, lunch and dinner the foods on offer were very disgusting with me and very lots of my classmates starving our selfs, the...

I have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Piolet and wanted to say how great our stay was. We had a room on the top floor which had a messazine floor in it, as I have 2 teenagers this gave us plenty of room. The hotel was clean and well servced and the staff were polite and very...

I was at this hotel on a trip. The first thing I wanted to do when I arrived was to have a shower after being on a 24 hour bus journey. There were no towels and when we asked, they firstly declined and then made it out that it was an effort to bring some up. What sort of 'hotel'...

I am really sorry to read your review, especially as you travelled early in December last year but thank you for your feedback. We try hard to accommodate all school clients in the hotel so with over 80% of the pupils on your trip younger than you (and over half between 10-16) the activities and services would have been aimed...

This hotel is operated by Skibound and is often used by school groups. The rooms are basic and do not have much storage. On the upside, there is plenty of hot water, the beds are comfy, the views spectacular, the food is very good and the location is second to none. Ski to and from the boot room without any...

Thank you so much for your great review and for travelling all the way from Dubai to our hotel. We love our location too and the ability to be able to ski out of the back door is great! We are all delighted you had a good time and really hope to see you back again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were not part of a school group so were unsure how we would find things. We need not have worried. The meal times for non school parties were slightly later so we could enjoy the delicious food which was beautifully presented. All the staff were really helpful. I would certainly say this hotel is...

I have been bringing school groups to this hotel for the past 3 years and I have to say that I cannot fault the facility or the service that we have received on every occasion. The managers and staff are wonderful, well trained, motivated, brilliant with the kids and regularly go over and above to help in whatever way they...

Hotel was great. Although basic - as with all other ski hotels catering for schools really, it was great. The staff were fantastic. Friendly and helpful always. Best thing about it was the food though. SO GOOD! Actually ate like a king. Even the kids food looked great! Congrats to the chef.
