Stayed here for 5 nights this Feb. Hotel is huge but far from everything but we had a hired car so that was not an issue.

Food is repetitive, no signs to tell what is what.
Just one main restaurant operational, eat it or leave it. However breakfast was reasonably good and staff are good and helpful too.

The only outdoor Pool was closed and indoor pool was chargeable @10 euro even for kids irrespective we booked ALL INCLUSIVE??? Worst was we were first refused as it was fully booked when complained at reception they suddenly got a cancellation and allowed us (charged), imagine there was another family of 3 other than us 🤔.

No entertainment for families with kids, hotel was full of guest in their 70s. Loudly singing into early hours of morning, which was annoying.

Don’t recommend for families, I won’t be going there again too.

Staff here are amazing, we enjoyed every minute of our 7 night stay - the on site Italian wasn’t great but the main restaurant was always well stocked with plenty for everyone and was delicious so it didn’t matter at all. The staff made the holiday, 110% care every time you saw them. I’d go back in a heartbeat it’s the best holiday I’ve had in a long long time!

Lovely themed hotel for families, I didn't enjoy a solo stay due to lots of children..no problem with that but I travel in non school time to avoid it but because the hotel is far from the centre it's got every thing for children.
Food really good and plenty of choice

I asked for a quiet room and they did give me this room 006 which was so peaceful but I think it was a disabled person..no shower head holder so I had to hold the shower over my head which wasn't good.

Beds comfy but made a lot of noise

Pool area was nice plenty of sunbeds but nit good condition very uncomfortable which left me with a bad back.
There were pockets of rowdy groups of men that were not controlled by the hotel alot of swearing around children, embarrassing because they were Scottish and British.

Room cleaned daily.

A long walk to the beach and hotel on a hill..I caught a bus into town 1.60 euros which was great, had a taxi coming back 15 euros which is very expensive so I didn't do that again.
Restaurant in the hotel but nothing near by to have a change of scenery.

Sadly wouldn't stay again but some nice features for families.

We visited the Holiday World resort end of May/June.

On arrival we were impressed with the swift check in. As we had arrived at 9pm the hotel had kindly left us plates of food in our fridge in case we were hungry.

We stayed in room 531 and had a fabulous view of the pool and the sea. The rooms are spacious and are equipped with a kitchen, large bathroom with separate bath and shower, front room with sofa bed and large bedroom. There was access to the large balcony area from both the front room and bedroom.

Food is your usual All Inclusive. There was always plenty, everything was constantly replenished and the staff in the restaurant are brilliant and clearing plates or getting you a table quickly when you walk in. We enjoyed the food and always found something delicious to eat.

We also booked both the Italian and Burger restaurants at the resort. The food at both was amazing and the waiters and waitresses can’t do enough for you.

The pool is good and there are lots of brilliant activities run by the entertainment team. The lifeguards are very observant and constantly checking everyone is safe. Plenty of sun beds and shade if needed. The snack bar around the pool has all the usual hot and cold food along with ice cream and cakes. You can also purchase crisps and branded ice creams from the bar. The daily entertainment includes a pool party, quizzes, bingo and various inflatables for the children to have a go on.

The Waterpark was fun and the kids enjoyed going there. You can hire large rubber rings for the water slides. The restaurant there is also plentiful.

The evening entertainment is fabulous for the kids. The team are very friends, enthusiastic and energetic which keeps the children happy. There are different parts of the evening from the Widgets, PTY, dancing, quiz's and an evening show! It’s all based on the outdoor theatre and with the visual screen laying makes it very engaging.

We went to the beach and hired some very luxurious sun beds with thick cushions and a towel for €12 and worth every penny!

Overall this holiday was for kids and to keep them entertained which is exactly what it did. It is a clean, bright resort with food and drink available all day. We love our stay and would definitely return.

Constructive Reveiw.

Hotel 3.5 Star. Apartment decent, Staff were beautiful, Catering for all diets. Javier guides you in at meal times, recognised the kids and made the meal times easier.

Pictures displayed on Jet2 are false beech park is no where near the hotel. There is a shuttle bus, pictures however Pictures are wrong.

Entertainment was good we were not in season so not as good an atmosphere as they deserved.

Prices in hotel were a rip off. We were all inclusive however Nappy and wipes at 16 euro is unacceptable. Everything in the shop was over priced.

Jet2. Flight was ok Customer service at Airports and flight was ok. In Hotel none existent. Book this holiday with Jet2 and your on your own.

Finally got hold off someone at Jet2 to ask about hiring a car, very unintrested and pasted me a website to hire a car, it was at Malaga airport over an hour away from hotel.

We got food posion on final day, my 3 year old was badly sick at 20.00 the night before we left, at 1am my 11 year old was extremely sick, we woke after a bad night at 6 am to catch transfer at 8am, again everyone was sick, the flight was horrendous, 6 sick bags.

On return home I informed Jet2 of this and the lady in the call centre while symplectic, i told her my 11 year old was that ill she slept for 24 hours on return home, her reply thats a typical Teenager.

Will never travel with Jet2 again....

I am 52 years old and have travelled all over the world staying in numerous hotels and never have I been told that on checking out I have to leave the hotel premises.
I understand that you need to check out of your room by a certain time and that the hotel might not be able to accommodate a request for late checkout, but that you are politely asked to move out of the premises on checking out is shameful
Obviously all blamed on COVID!!
Surely these hotels should plan for incoming guests and for those that are leaving, that might still have had plans to make use of the hotel facilities on the day of departure!!!
And to add insult to injury this was on the back of the day before one of the main pools at the resort beach club being closed for hours due to a kid having done his necessities in the water ruining the day for my grandson as well as us as the rest of the facilities as a result were overwhelmed and overcrowded.
Out of 3 night 4 days 2 of the days ruined!
Never again!!!!

Spent a week here and never wanted to go home so much in my life. Took 1 and a half hours to check in after the flight with two kids. Found our broken room with dirt everywhere and most things broken. The food was awful, raw or grey and the same at lunch and dinner for the whole week, apart from the steamed clams we were treated to one night. I saw a rat climbing out of the bin at the snack bar and you couldn’t let the kids walk anywhere without shoes due to the broken glass. The only day I looked forward to was the day we were leaving until they removed our wristbands at 11 and expected us to but 3 euro cans of coke until we left at 5. The reception and pool did look quite nice however. The kids club offers loads of entertainment however places were gone 4 minutes after opening the day beforehand so sadly I can’t comment on those as we weren’t able. The wifi was turned off the day before we checked.

Went for a family holiday with 2 kids, there was 6 of us altogether. The food was horrific red chicken that we sent back, and made us unwell, especially my daughter she had tummy ache the whole week. Not much options. For food and it’s always the same things everyday Indoor pool cost 24 euros for 2 people which it should be free considering it’s all inclusive also indoor bowling 12 euros rained the whole week so it would have helped if things didn’t cost, toilet in the apartments was leaking. Also in the reception area there was towels all over the place because it was leaking from so many places, cracks in the flooring . We had to check out at 12 and was told we had to give our bands back and didn’t have access to any of the food drinks we didn’t have to leave until 6 so if we didn’t go into town we wouldn’t have eaten. It’s wrong you should be all inclusive until you leave, bands cost £75 euros but you do get that back at the end of the holiday.
Staff are lovely there, but things shouldn’t cost if it’s all inclusive. We was mainly in fungorola because things cost in the hotel world resort and wasn’t fun for the kids as it’s meant to be all inclusive.

Stayed in this resort excited as it was advertised so well online for families and child friendly. Well it's definitely a beautiful hotel just a shame nothing was open to use lol. Indoor soft play area close. Aqua pool close. Indoor swimming pool extra charge and u have to pre-book for you to bring children as there is limited times during the day the kids can use it. Will defo not be coming back and definitely not worth the money.

Just got back from 2 weeks here. Originally booked into the vistamar but were moved a week before departure. Complex is absolutely huge. Beautiful apartment. Clean towels every day. We were self catering so couldn't comment on food except to say if we wanted to dine, buffet style, it was 25 euros each which I thought was rather pricey. Just be aware of booking, this complex is absolutely miles from anything. No beach. Impossible to walk to anything. On the plus side, bus service was quite good.
