First the good points. Our view was wonderful. Ignore the criticisms about the place being dated. It is fine. Tastes come and go, and the fixtures and fittings are serviceable. The hotel / apartment complex is well designed with creature comforts in mind, with a clever wind-breaking shape. It is cut out of a waterfront rock face, and built in...

The place is a little sad , needs a bit of money spent, and a little love put back in. Sofas need replacing as uncomfortable, but people friendly and helpful . Restaurants in the lower square are lovely and there is always good food and nice people to chat to if you want to , a nice splattering of shops

Lovely location. Lovely sea views. Dreadful bar staff - so rude. Took our glasses away and ignored us but we wanted another drink. My family and I saw one waiter peeing outside - disgusting! Dreadful food. Room very tired and poorly equipped. Terrible cleaning. Bed uncomfortable. Entertainment was a complete joke, especially Christmas Eve. Such a shame!

Plus points to the staff, friendly and helpful . The hotel was clean and appeared well maintained but a bit worn in places. We were self catering , a good size apartment, balcony and kitchen .It had basic equipment although the dishwasher was rusted and unusable we didn't mention it to the staff but I'm certain they'd have sorted something out...

Double rooms massive are dated but sea views good value,Tv dreadful 10 channels of rubbish, charge for sky news! need to drive as beach few pebbles! Food bad, stale bread and what little cakes have on offer, jelly and a soggy biscuit in custard, very poor choice as none really, takes ages to restock beans or eggs in morning, go...

We had a lovely time at BlueBay beach club. Our apartment was perfect for what we wanted the kitchen is basic but had enough glasses, pots and pans and knives to cook ourselves some breakfast and a few dinners. Our room was on the 5th floor and balcony was huge for just the two of us. Great view of the...

We knew what we were getting when we booked this self catering apartment/hotel. The reception is very nice, clean and bright. The rooms are not so clean and bright. Don't get me wrong, they're not dirty, they're just a little tired and in need of a deep clean and redecoration. I really dislike mould in bathrooms - the shower tiles...
