Leaving the sunprime today 2nd November. This is our second time at this hotel and still think it’s a fabulous hotel. I will address the complaints from previous recent reviews which was mainly the air conditioning. In your hotel room it’s excellent no complaints. In the restaurant also I feel it’s nice and cool and comfortable. In the bar of an evening it is warm but did not spoil our experience at all. As for lilos in the pool the hotel is so chilled it would not fit in with the vibe it’s aiming for. The food is excellent and lots of choice and the drinks on the all inclusive are very good. You definitely feel like you have drank. The red wine is fabulous also. Our room was lovely and clean and roomy. The staff make the hotel. All so friendly but the staff at the bar of an evening are outstanding. There was a mix of ages here but agree overall it’s over 60,s. If your looking to chill out and relax this is hotel for you. Entertainment is on 5 out of 7 nights and it’s a duo or single singer doing laid back stuff like Neil diamond. People did get up and dance. All in all we have had another amazing time here thank you.…

The majority of the guests are aged 60 plus and the hotel certainly caters to this age group. No music by the pool, no inflatables in the pool and the evening entertainment is terrible, No atmosphere. When speaking with staff this is generally the age group all year round, approx 80% over 60. Honestly this was the worst all inclusive I’ve had with breakfast, lunch and dinner having limited vegetarian options and no options of snack’s in between these times. All inclusive drink selection was limited. Aircon!!!! Non existent in any of the communal areas which made the restaurant and entertainment area unbearable. €75 to stay extra in your room on day of departure or €8 to use the spa shower, totally unacceptable as we had a night time flight. Positives are the staff were all fantastic especially Pablo and the hotel is immaculately clean. I do think the majority of the reviews are from the older generation. …

No music at the pool allowed. No Lilo's in the pool.No smoking on the balcony. Food generally good. But repetitive by the end of the stay. Staff absolutely great, helpful informative and do all they can to make your stay feel special for you.

We went self catering and was totally perfect for us. Room spacious and lovely and clean. I took extra coat hangers (you really don't need too there was loads) loads of wardrobe space and drawer space. Lovely bathroom and shower was amazing. No toaster but we managed. Arrived late at night and there was a bottle of water in fridge and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. They have a no reserve policy for sunbeds before 9 but you could get a sunbed anytime of day. Can of san Miguel in shop next to pool only 1.20 euros. Pools lovely (3 of them) spa shop literally next to hotel. Got the free bus to beach twice. Highly recommended. 7.50 euros for umbrella and 2 beds foe the day. No air conditioning in main hotel which we heard lots of complaints about but as we were self catering didn't matter. Air con in room was fine. We ate out at a few lovely restaurants. The Thai at the end of the road would highly recommend. Sa-Wa-Dee Oh free safe in room also. All in all a fantastic week away also was having a heatwave 😀…

Stayed here for a week 9th to 16th of October, a very nice hotel, friendly staff, very clean and good food and drinks. As others have mentioned the lack of air conditioning in the dining and reception area was a major factor for us, very uncomfortable trying to eat in the dining area, and also the bar in the evening when trying to relax, heard many different stories as to why there wasn't any air conditioning but not sure which was true. Would definitely return here if they sort the air conditioning out.

Fabulous hotel, staff were great, each and every one of them, varied delicious good, clean pools, plenty of sunbeds. Quiet, child free hotel. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful big spa and the massages we had were wonderful. The lack of aircon in the restuarant wasn't a huge problem however I did take away a star for the lack of air conditioning in the bar area at night. Lots of hand held fans! A lot of older couples dancing to the live music then downing glasses of water and fanning themselves inbetween. Its not a deal breaker but would definitely would have bumped my review to a 5 had there been air con in the bar area at night. We stayed in a 2 bed apt which was huge. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I have ever used! Fab air con in the rooms. All in all, just what we needed!…

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in the canaries. Rooms large and spacious and we were lucky enough to have a very large balcony over looking the pool. Clean and tidy, domestic services came back if you didn’t want the room made up early. Food was good, never much of a queue and always plenty of choice- not overly warm though for my liking Bar staff good and would make any drink you wanted, bar a but uncomfortable and needs the revamp and air con sorted. Entertainment wasn’t the best and needs modernised but ok for a few drink before a night out. Caters for the middle/ older age I’d think. Hotel is having a bit of a revamp so I imagine the bar area will be in with that Pool area clean and plenty of beds and towels- could get drinks/snacks all inclusive in the shop as well Wouldn’t think twice about going back…

Spotless inside and out, friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of food on all inclusive and small à la carte available too. Help yourself drinks in the minimarket - not a pool bar but accessible from all pools within a couple of mins, with snacks and cocktails available too. Pools fabulously clean and loungers always available. Air con in the room worked but as mentioned in other reviews, none in the main areas. Sorted by purchasing a Spanish hand held fan - all shops sell them. Entertainment was live music with popular tracks generally chosen. We wanted a quiet holiday so this suited us. Rooms cleaned and fresh linen daily. Some early morning noise but refuse lorries were there daily and staff started from 6 so bound to be a bit of traffic. Lots of guests from Germany, Sweden, Norway, many who are happy to chat away to you and lots of repeat visitors. If you have a late transfer and can't keep your room, you can book an hour in the Spa to use the facilities then shower and change for €8 each. Enjoyed our 11 nights - No complaints from us! …

This hotel sadly is letting itself down as mentioned in other reviews, by not having air con in their public areas. But to the good points. The hotel is kept very clean, lovely pools and plenty of sunbeds The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The staff are friendly, the fitness instructor was amazing. The food was very good, plenty of variety, well displayed and always hot. The bad points, however has to be the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant and bar. It made eating and relaxing afterwards in the bar a unpleasant sweaty experience not what you want.Especially as the outside temp was 37 daytime 30 at night. I think the staff are to be applauded for working so hard in such a hot environment. The bedrooms had air con, ours worked okay, but a lot of people experienced problems with theirs. The entertainment was geared for 70yrs plus. A more modern variety of singers would appeal to a wider audience. I would return to this hotel but only later in the year when air con is not such a problem. Or if the problem was sorted. Tip-a taxi, to the beach in the evening is lovely for a evening paddle and walk to get away from the heat …
