We stayed a week in this hotel and that was enough. The restaurant has a theme every night of the week and we flew 4.5 hours from Scotland so we could have English food on the Sunday. 😠 There is Chinese night, gran canaria night to name a few. Oh and bbq night but don't expect to see a bbq....

We booked a cheap break here for some winter sun. On arrival the receptionist was a bit grumpy but hey ho, we went to our room which was on the ground floor and by the pool so great location. It stank of cigarettes though (which didn't go even when aired the room) the room was clean and had everything you...

I booked an all inclusive stay through Sunmaster for 2 rooms traveling with my wife, son and in laws who are in their late 70's. I had read previous reviews so was prepared for noise from the bars etc. When we arrived we were allocated 2 rooms 251 and 252 which were on the side of the irish bars but...

Rooms are very basic clean but basic. If you don't like noise then this is not the hotel for you as right opposite the Irish bars which are loud but didn't bother me in the slightest. The pool is absolutely freezing cold so puts you off from getting in.Staff very very rude and very unhelpful

We didn't go into the restaurant but it looked pretty sparse (food wise) to be fair from what I could see. There is no entertainment on offer in the small bar that they...

We were expecting apartments to be basic. However bath was chipped and there were cigarette burns and cup ring stains on furniture so was disappointed. Saying that apartments were kept very clean. Pool area was very nice and also kept very clean. Big problem is the noise. We had the misfortune of being directly across from Irish Bars. The noise at...
