This Hotel first of all is an old establishment and we understood that when we booked but we certainly didnt expect to be allocated what we could only describe as a hovel of a room. First of all you would need a sat nav to locate the room as it was so far away and also through locked gate as...

All inclusive holiday 25th Dec 2016 to 1st Jan 2017 Although,at time of booking, this looked like good value for money due to the desire to spend as little time there as possible meant we spent more on dining out. Let's start on the good: - the staff were efficient, unbelievably helpful and pleasant. - our room on the 4th...

On arrival we found the hotel reception very depressing, however the staff were curtious and helpful, and cleanliness of our room was acceptable, the corridors were very dark though and like an echo chamber, people running up and down all night long and slamming doors, hair dryers were not provided free of charge and even though I took my own...

The shower in our room flooded the bathroom everytime me or my partner got into it. I went to reception the 1st time this happened and they sent a...

I have to concur with many of the reviews already stated. This hotel can be good, bad and ugly. Firstly, the good. Most of the staff are hardworking, caring, and really helpful. They do a difficult job in good humour. Rooms are on the large side, a little too much furniture, but some may see this as a good thing....

Recently back from 7 day stay, we had an enjoyable time. We stayed in Apartment 1132. We were self catering so can't comment on food, but location convenient to the Anchor and the Jersey Cow. Our apartment was cleaned 6 out of 7 days and our regular cleaning lady was a lovely lady. We had great meals in the Chieftain...
