This was our first time at this hotel we had a great time here. Receptionists were very helpful.food was very good and staff were very friendly ..Bar staff were very friendly. The entainment staff were very good always very helpful and encouraging to join in .Carlos ,Salu ,Marta ,Brian and so many more which I can t remember there names I m sorry. We definitely will be back thank you again .

This hotel exceeded our expectation, the hotel itself is lovely with lots of facilities and the location was perfect. The entertainment runs throughout the day with lots to get involved in for all ages. The food selection was amazing, different options every night and breakfast and lunch were just as good, food quality was top notch. Outside area has a snack bar and also coffee machines with pastry’s to snack on. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. Outside pool area was great, lots of tables to sit and also plenty of sun beds. I would 100% return to this hotel.

Staying at this hotel at the minute and have to say for q 4☆ it's very poor, the hotel reception area bars and restaurant are very nice but the rooms need updating with new furniture, the beds are really uncomfortable and the pillows very poor, the entertainment is really poor don't get me wrong the staff are great but the entertainment is rubbish, the air con is non existent, the food again like all buffets is all abit the same but its nice and you always find something to eat some staff are rude but most are pleasant enough, deffo won't be back at this hotel.

What a fantastic holiday spent a week here with my sister staff were outstanding barstaff alway polite and funny no matter how busy they were the entertainment team work so hard to keep you entertained the food and restraunt staff amazing we will definitely be back next year

This was our 5th visit to las Dalias and things have changed both for the better and some for the worse. Downside was the food some of the hot food that had been on display for a little while had become lukewarm and therefore not good. I never noticed any staff temperature checking food too make sure the core was as hot as it should be. Some of the cold meats that were left under the display lights too long edges had started to curl. I did note this to someone in a chefs attire but he did not seem interested. I also noted this to the jet 2 rep upon leaving but I was told I was in a minority of one who had complained about the food. I constantly had to ask for the fried eggs to be cooked properly as there was still a clear liquid from the raw egg, so finally gave up having a cooked breakfast and settled for corn flakes. The other hygiene issue was that iberostar have decided to go green and stop using plastic very good in that but they now display yoghurt and other preserves in large bowls that you use a ladle to scoop what you require, the ladle is then left on the side in easy reach of anyone that wished to stick their finger in to taste. Another issue is the walk from the coach drop off point to the hotel reception the pathway is on a steep incline of which is not well maintained so if you have accessibility issues you are going to have a problem. We visited the hotel at the end of October for 7 nights. The hotel is surrounded by shops, and the walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes (the beach is definitely not the prettiest in Tenerife). We chose the hotel based on its reviews here on TripAdvisor, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The biggest disappointment was when we arrived at the reception, where we were greeted by a very arrogant and rude woman (other reviews have pointed out the same "lady", with blonde hair), whose English was terrible and when I asked her to repeat herself, she snapped, whether I know English or not.. I was speechless. She didn't explain anything, threw us the keys, I never dared to ask anything at the reception again. Because of this lady alone, I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to others. In addition, it turned out that parking in the hotel parking lot costs 10€/day, so we left the car on the street and spent time every day looking for a parking spot. The room was small, but adequate. There were glasses in the room and a water dispenser in the hallway, but no bottle in the room (maybe “the lady” at the reception should have offered it to us?). Our room had a street view. Since we travelled with a 2-year-old child, we preferred a quieter room (not to hear the noise of the pool and night shows). We also saw cockroaches in the room a few times, but I was prepared for that due to previous reviews. The all-inclusive concept is like any other similar hotel. The entertainment team was also rather mediocre and the woman working with young children was even mean, but we didn't expect much entertainment, just that the children could have more independent activities, even after the team's working hours are over). In conclusion, the price-quality ratio is not in place, too expensive for this service. The next time we visit Tenerife I will definitely choose a different hotel!…

A beautiful hotel with lovely staff and wonderful amenities. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The restaurant was fabulous with a huge choice of food at every meal. Everything is labelled so even being gluten free is not an issue.

This was our first stay at Las Dalias and was truly wonderful from the day we arrived until the day we left. Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful friendly staff in all areas. The food in the restaurant was very good and also the pool side snack bar. There was something for everyone. We were very happy with our room and returned to our room one afternoon and a Champagne Bucket had been left for me for my birthday. I was blown away as we had not told anyone but they had picked up on it. Thank you. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely go back.

We stayed again and realise how much the room can impact perception of the whole hotel. Last year, we specifically called out the room and balcony we had and although we did chance our arm by asking, not surprisingly we couldn’t get the same room again. The one we got was just a bit rough around the edges and like a few parts of the hotel seemed in need of a refurb. Staff were friendly, food average but we’ll probably stay elsewhere next time around.
