Hotel Coral Suites & Spa is often commended for its cleanliness and spacious, modern rooms, as noted by numerous guests who also appreciate the convenient central location, close to beaches and nightlife. However, some travelers have voiced concerns about noise disturbances, both from construction and entertainment sources.
While the amenities, including a well-maintained pool and satisfactory breakfast options, are generally praised, issues with room cleaning frequency and pest presence have been mentioned. Service is perceived as friendly, but inconsistent, and some guests question the value for money, pointing out additional costs for services they expected to be included.

Detailed Reviews
My wife and I have just returned from a fantastic 2-week holiday at the Sunprime Coral Hotel. This was our tenth stay at the hotel and probably one of the best.
The hotel has made great steps to make it COVID secure and from check in to check out you felt safe with everywhere looking and feeling super clean with plenty of hand sanitizer stations available. With the reduced capacity due to COVID the hotel feels very spacious, there were always lots of spare sunbeds around the pool and on the roof terrace which with the recent addition of the sunbeds surrounded by a pool was our most favourite place to spends our days.
The newly renovated rooms were excellent with a lovely feel. We stayed in a corner suite with pool view which was fantastic with the added addition of the hammock and outdoor seating which just made the experience even better.
All the staff we met are very polite, friendly and helpful but we must make a special mention to José, Gabriel and Anita from the bar. They are such fantastic people and always go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
The food has been very much improved with a good selection at all mealtimes. The food itself could sometimes be a little warmer but its only a very minor point and it never detracted from our experience.
The resort itself was quiet but there are still a good amount of shops and restaurants open to visit. Again, while you are out of the hotel, everyone wears face coverings and there are always hand sanitizer stations available which made you always feel safe.
We would like to thank the Sunprime Coral Hotel for making our holiday so fantastic in these worrying and scary times and we are very much looking forward to returning very soon.

We really enjoyed our 11 night stay here. It’s adults only, in a great location and very very clean. Our room was spacious and modern, cleaned every day and towels changed every day if we placed them in the basket in the bathroom. The food was extremely fresh, if repetitive, we were half board and enjoyed every meal. The staff were very friendly, the only time we needed help was on our last day when we asked at reception if they would print out our test results and passenger locator forms which they were happy to do. There are a couple of points that could be improved to make a stay here even better. Firstly the mad rush for Sun Beds in the morning, we never seen this , just told about it, as we were out until late every night and refuse to get up early to reserve a sun bed, and fair enough to those who do but a lot of these beds had towels on until 2/3pm with no one using them, stopping anyone else using them, the hotel should not allow this. Secondly, the doors to the rooms cannot be closed quietly, they have to be slammed shut meaning you get woken early or disturbed if you’re enjoying a siesta. Finally, the lifts kept breaking down meaning you waited a long time if you wanted to use one, luckily we were on the 3rd floor but if you were less mobile this might be a problem. All in all a great hotel which we would recommend

Spending a week at this great hotel in Playa de Las Americas, The hotel is only for adults which make this a calm oasis in a vibrant town. The pool area is tidy neat and have amenities you can ask for, but from time to time quite crowded, and as always the booking problem where individuals are placing their towels on a chairs but doesn't show up until late. Nice and very helpful staff especially in the reception where they help solving most issues. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and clean. Well that's it enjoy your stay :-)

Where to start with this absolute shambles of a hotel…
From the minute we got there staff were rude, our room stank of stale cigarette smoke and no light on the balcony. Not that you would want to sit out there since our view was looking straight through onto the next building and an abandoned funfair. Make sure and opt for a pool view if you want any sort of sun, god forgive you don’t pay and upgrade - they’ll punish you with this shoddy view.
On the one hand rooms were clean, couldn’t fault the cleaners but the staff were so rude and covid conscious, which I get yes they are trying to keep people safe but be reasonable about it and not bark orders about masks and social distancing at guests. Felt constantly under watch and couldn’t relax, moaning at you to wear a mask at the bar area by the pool OUTSIDE? Just doesn’t make any sense when signs all over say only to wear them inside the building.
Food horrible, felt all I ate the whole week was pizza and chips. All inclusive cocktails also pretty rubbish, can tell they don’t care for all inclusive guests.
Now the pool - the worst part of the holiday. The morning dash for sunbeds was a disgrace, people running (yes literally running) to grab them when they open at 9am and put towels to reserve then don’t show back up until 2pm. Meaning no room for other guests who actually did want to be out in the morning. They have taken half of them away for social distancing so it means there are no where near enough for the amount of guests they have booked in.
Also if you want a nice atmosphere, avoid at all costs as there is not even a little background music by the pool. When one guest did try and liven things up one late afternoon with his speaker on quietly (which everyone left at the pool did want on btw) the manager came sprinting out shouting at him to put it off. Pretty embarrassing especially since all the guests there said to him no we want it on.
All in all it was a pretty rubbish experience. Bad atmosphere. Rude staff. No sunbeds. Horrible food. If that’s what you’re looking for then get booking with Coral Suites

+1
We stayed 10 nights in Coral Suites hotel… it was unreal. The hotel was VERY clean and tidy, the hotel is in a perfect location, 5 minute walk to the main strip (veronicas) or a 5 minute walk in the other direction to a lovely Sandy beach and restaurants, shops and bars, where Hard Rock Cafe is located.
The room was spot on, the AC was very good, hotels were spacious with an equipped kitchenette and a decent bathroom with large walk in shower, a light up mirror and hair dryer. Towels were changed each day. There was an ironing board and iron, dressing gowns, slippers and a big wardrobe space.
The all inclusive food was good, they had themed nights each night. All inclusive have you access to soft drink, bottled water certain cocktails and coffees etc. The Lumbar cocktail is a shout, as well as the strawberry Daquari.
There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The roof top terrace was beautiful. They also have a private little Sandy beach/area with extra sun loungers. The pool side and all sun loungers got cleaned every morning before the pool opens, rooms were cleaned tidied every day (however we did notice that the bed sheets were not changed) They sometimes had lice singers on on a night which was nice if you are planning on staying in the hotel.
No loud music around the pool and unfortunately no balls or lilos in the pool.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is very relaxing and accommodating.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 10 days. It was our second stay here. We loved this hotel last year when we came that we didn’t think twice about booking this year. Obviously everyone is going on holidays now so it is a lot busier than Sep 20 (our last visit) but our stay was very different this year.
You cannot get a bed by the pool in the mornings. Unless your ready to queue from 8:30am and then stampede towards the beds (being pushed and shoved out of the way) when the cleaners are done and give you the go ahead. Second option then is to go to the sun deck on the roof. One area is lovely with sun beds lounging on top of water but there is only x4 and they are normally whipped up too. If you need to sit on the sun deck be mindful there is nowhere to swim or cool yourself down unless you want to take the lift from the 6th floor to -1 (pool) they could definitely do with more beds for the amount of people staying. When you ask about more beds at reception they say “covid”.
There are not enough lifts in the apartment for how many rooms and floors there is. Best off taking the stairs as you will be waiting around 15 mins for a lift to stop on your floor (people are weary if you get in the lift with them because of covid so most of the time your waiting on an empty one.)
There was nowhere to shower after our stay. Check out was 12pm and you best believe if your not out by 1 minute past they will call. Or knock on your door. So we had to get everything ready and packed up to leave in the storage room until 5pm later that day. You can sit at the pool and wait but no one wants to go the airport sticky and warm for a flight that night. When we asked could we shower we were just told no because of covid.
One afternoon in our room I noticed a pile of debris on the floor. It creeped me out a bit so I did some research and I think the room we were staying in had termites. I didn’t see any but what was left looked like termites eating through the door frame.
We paid €1080 for our room for 10 nights (we used club coral discount as we stayed before) but for this price you can definitely find a better hotel. Nothing happens at the pool during the day except a water aerobics class. There is no music at pool or on sundecks. The bar staff are rude and speak to eachother in spanish while serving. The rooms are nice and we cannot fault the cleaners they do an amazing job, but this hotel is VERY noisy. Down to the hotel staff setting up breakfast in the morning, the layout of the hotel you can hear everything so if your not an early riser you won’t like it here.
Overrall our stay was OK. Will not be returning.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Apartment was very clean and finished to a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Measures were in place to prevent the spread of Corona Virus which made you feel safe. Rooftop area was amazing, so peaceful and good views. The frozen Strawberry daiquiris were gorgeous and so refreshing when lying around the pool in the heat.
We booked direct so had a wristband so we got discount on food and drinks, a bottle of wine on arrival in room and complimentary late checkout which was great as our flight was at 7pm.
Location was great could walk to everything.
Would stay again. Thanks for a great break away.

We booked here during a long Covid stay after having been in two luxury hotels for 8 weeks because we wanted a more relaxed style of living. We booked a suite which was very roomy with a huge balcony. We still had the room cleaned every day as before with sheets changed. Self catering was the deal and we loved it for a change to regimented meal times.
All the staff were polite and helpful especially the manager and receptionist Maris and our cleaner at room 132.
Also the place was very clean and many Covid precautions were in place.
We booked for 5 weeks but had to leave to stay with friends after only 3 weeks and getting a refund was very easy and quick.
We were so impressed with this Aparthotel and it”s location and facilities that we may come back at the end of the year for a couple of months.
Y wife and I stayed there with two other friends and loved the place. We were sorry to leave.

Spent a week here in Sep '21. The whole area is sadly devastated with lots of shops and restaurants closed after the C19 restrictions earlier this year.
Some are now open, but still subject to rather meaningless restrictions; including the Coral Suites Hotel.
Firstly, you are only allowed into the country after having presented a QR code at airport, evidencing that you are either fully vaccinated or have been tested within the last 72 hours. Nevertheless, the first thing you are asked when checking in is evidence of test of vaccination. And after having presented the same documents for the second time in 60 minutes, you are kindkly reminded to wear a face mask. When inside. Or outside in the pool bar. Unless you are seated. Or in the gym, where you are welcome to cycle or use the treadmill panting away without a mask. Worthy of a Fawlty Towers episode. Of course these restrictions were not invented by hotel management, but nevertheless a little bit of common sense could be applied.
80%+ of the staff are friendly, helpful and very service minded, while the remaining 20% would be better of as correctional officers at a prison facility. Their way of treating guests are below any kind of dignity, as these people are totally miscasted in the service industry. You would have thought that with large parts of the islands economy in tatters, it should be possible to find qualified and service-minded staff. Apparently, Coral Suites missed the opportunity.
The hotel itself is ok, and the rooms seems to have been recently renovated. Otherwise it's a bit "tired" in the common areas, but nothin unusual in this part of Spain.
Make sure to avoid the all-inclusive at all costs. The F&B offered is simply below standard in all respects.
Finally, make sure to bring your running shoes. The hotel is massively undersupplied with sunbeds at the pool deck, so unless you are ready and set at around 9.00 when the deck opens, you have to go to the beach. All sunbeds fill up in less than a minute. And rather typical for hotels like this, they are then left empty for most of the day.
All in all an average experience.

Just returned from Coral suites, first the good points, nice room and cleaned every day, staff at pool bar and restaurant always polite and attentive, all inclusive food and drink always plenty of choice although a bit repetitive after a while.
Bad points. if you have a late flight home be prepared to have your all inclusive band cut off at 12pm when you check out.
No, late check out or curtesy room or shower facilities offered for late pick ups, my wife was advised by reception to use the shower beside the pool !!!
Reception bar closed 4 of the 7 nights we were there, so if you wanted a evening drink you had to sit at the restaurant bar in the smoking area!!, very mediocre entertainment which when on wrapped up at 9pm.
I appreciate covid has been tough on businesses but all week we got the impression of penny pinching especially were all inclusive guest was concerned.
Overall disappointed as this was our 2nd trip to this hotel, the 1st time 4 years ago we had none of the above issues
