Lovely clean hotel! Cleaners lovely all staff lovely couldn’t do enough for us We had pool view but music sometimes annoying if you wanted a nap late afternoon as it was constant Dining room large and airy food - always found something but could be warmer but a fair choice Very efficient ( sometimes too quick) clearing tables as some ppl had their stuff cheated when were up at buffet but excellent at getting you a table ect very organised hotel We gave credit card imprint or you could pay €200 deposit then get that back when you paid your bill all again well done Found pillows not too great it’s the long ones I need two hubby needs one so hard to use had to have my half hanging off bed lol Two double beds in room there were 3 adults in our booking Excellent location and quiet hotel at night We had no kids but used to watch kiddies disco from balcony Not sure about entertainment if you were AI we were half board We also had one meal free in a la carte ( not massive choice) but nice to be served you chose your starter and desserts and served your main meal Fridge and hairdryer in room couple bottles juice /water free at start which was nice touch shower over bath but if your mobility not great difficult to access ( they have walk in showers in some rooms likely need to request) tiny two rung dryer thing on balcony. Loads sockets in room Not great mirror in bedroom ( only mirror wardrobe) for make up daughter had her own with her lol all in all good holiday …

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to shops, bars and the beach, the food was good and plentiful. Rooms, restaurant and public areas were very clean. Large pool and sunbathing area. We would happily recommend this hotel.

This is by far the worst hotel that I have stayed in Tenerife.I booked a suite and was allocated one on the 6th floor 611 had to change as I was below the terrace that had the jacuzzi constant hum all night.The other suite I moved to was on the 3rd floor 317. Very dated but a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom.two visits from the maintenance department remedies place cardboard in the air vent put sealant around the toilet.food below standard and cold no air conditioning in restaurant or cocktail bar.Hotels name,hotel best a complete misrepresentation of the facts.I will not be returning, I would advise others not to use this hotel unless you like worn carpets sub-standard accommodation cockroaches poor food and smell of sewage in numerous areas.

It was our 3rd time staying in the Best Tenerife hotel. We were disappointed this time has the food was never hot and having to wait for the staff to fill the dishes up when empty. Also the room we we’re allocated in was looking very tired, the passage way going to our room was definitely in need of a revamp. Some of the staff in the restaurant seem in a world of their own and not very welcoming, a smile for me goes along way. For the price we payed for this hotel it was very much a disappointment to us. The sunbeds need replacing, they are passed there sell by date now. I would not rate this hotel a 4 star anymore.

Overall we had a fabulous, relaxing holiday at Best Tenerife. The bed was very comfortable and room was of good quality (we had a superior room) on floor 5. The view was fantastic. The food was good, tasty, lots of choice which varied slightly every day. There was so much choice but I still saw lots of people choosing very beige food that I thought was strange given the options available. There were plenty of sunbeds so no need to get up early to grab one. Pools looked superb but I only went in once and it was cold so didn't try again. Great location for walking to Los Cristianos which we did a few times. We went to the top of mount Teide in the cable car which was awesome. Thanks to the hardworking staff that made the holiday great.

Stayed there for the seventh time in November,it was excellent. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful . Food was lovely with a great variety every night. The entertainment was varied but was very good. Ideally placed in the centre of playa de las Americas full of bars , restaurants and shops

What a great hotel check in was easy with plenty of friendly reception staff shown to room on 5th floor superior room has to be the best balcony/terrace I've ever had 2 sun loungers and stunning views room spotless added extras like chocolate every day x2 bottles water every day, was staying with breakfast but due late nights never made it,rooftop area very clean again great views would book again

Room was clean and beds were comfy! All staff were very friendly and helpful 👍 We had a great stay! The hotel has a large pool area and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and very central which we like.

We stayed here November 2023 our first time in this hotel Reception staff were very helpful and our room was ready when we arrived we book a superior room on 6th floor which gave us access to the top terrace our room was very nice big bed and lovely sea view free bottle of water daily and chocolates on a night The terrace was nice with free drinks & beer but was not maintained very well as kept running out and not replaced the stairs to the terrace could do with some TLC and we stood there till 10am when you were supposed to be allowed in but as usual some had managed to get in and leave towels on beds The breakfast was lovely we did not stay in for evening meal We would stay here again
