I came to Mt pleasant on a new business venture. I decided to stay here because I knew the kitchenettes would come in handy! Overall, great customer service, clean environment, and free laundry amenities! Also, There is a walmart right behind the hotel, very convenient !

Too many problems to discuss in detail. Register would not take our credit card, service hotline doesn't answer, first room-toilet leaks, second room -bathroom floods, no wifi, hair dryer broken. Staff doing the work best they can which is nothing. Most of the hotel guests

On the downside, I'm very sorry to learn that there were issues with the rooms assigned for your stay. It is particularly regretful that the sofa bed in your first room wasn't comfortable enough for you, and there was an unpleasant smell in your second room. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve.
