Manager denied request to have a late check out, despite being a Wyndham rewards member. They weren’t even busy. Also, the bedspreads were extremely thin. If you like the room cool, that’s wasn’t an issue, but I was freezing. Be prepared to take or use their blankets. I swear their bedspreads were the thinnest ones known to man. Most hotels have nice comforters, but I am spoiled by normally staying in a Marriott hotel.

Rude Indian lady working front desk. I had stayed there before but I’ll be staying elsewhere next time. I travel to nacogdoches many times a year, as do many members of my family, and I’ll definitely tell them all to stay elsewhere

No tv the entire time i was there. The deadbolt lock would not lock. The tub was not cleaned. No one answered the phone at the front desk. When I spoke manage, he blamed the tv problem on the weather. Note that the weather was bad for about 1 hour, i was there for about 10 hours. The manager went onto tell me not to worry about the deadbolt lock because "No one was coming into my room."

rooms seemed like they were halfway renovated. TV cable didn't work when we first got there. Manager climbed up on the desk and dresser to rewire the cable box. Floor carpet was gross. WiFi would not connect. We couldn't wait to get out of there and go to another hotel.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Terrible staff who didn't care to remedy issues and were just downright rude and unaccommodating. No breakfast. Cost to high for what you get. Would NEVER stay here again. Internet didn't work.

We are apologizing for the behavior that our staff showed during your stay with us. We do not tolerate such kind of behavior from any of our staff and management. At all times we will provide a clean, friendly and helpful service to all our customers. There was no continental breakfast as directed due to covid. However, there should be a bag breakfast (or to-go breakfast) offered but we were unable to provide only for that day because of the storm and stores were closed. The health and safety of our guests and associates is our top priority and the hotel is taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.
