We stayed in the Juniper Room on a Sunday through Tuesday. When I called before making a reservation, Julie was so friendly and helpful. She told me about a place to put in the river to float just a few minutes walk from the Inn that I never knew about. The room was very clean and cozy. It was quiet...

We stayed three nights in the Texas Cottage last month while visiting the area. It is close to Schlitterbahn and Gruene. Plenty of room for three adults and two kids. Our bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows and extra sheets and blankets were available. The pastry basket (local bakery), fruit and yogurt lasted for two breakfasts for all...

We stayed in the Juniper room and it was absolutely perfect! The owner had thought of everything. The fridge had OJ and bottle water, pastries were provide from the local bakery, and there was coffee. The bed was very comfortable. Our daughter slept on the pull out bed and she said it was comfortable. I had a chance to meet...

This was our first stay at the Comal Inn and we will definitely be back next time we come to New Braunfels. It would be an excellent location for a visit to Schlitterbahn or the Comal River as both are just a short walk down the street. It is also near downtown New Braunfels and Landa Park. We stayed in...

The Comal Inn is in a perfect location to walk to the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, downtown New Braunfels, and the New Braunfels Civic Center. We are just a quick 5 minute car ride to historic Gruene. My fiance, two kids, and I stayed in the Juniper room. Although it was small for four people we thought it was great. I enjoyed being able to sit on the porch and look out over the garden and drink a morning cup of coffee. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was immaculate.

Thank you for the review! The Juniper Room is a nice quiet room that faces the garden area. It is the smallest of the 3 individual rooms, but it is the most private and secluded. All of our guests love sitting on the private patio and watching the birds and wildlife in the garden area. My husband and I own...

Our experience was one that soon needs to be repeated. The gardens were lovely, even in December. The room was beautifully appointed from the bedding, furnishings, to the bath linens. Breakfast goodies came from a very well know bakery which we loved. The frig was stocked with juices and water. After meeting the owners, we knew this would be an...

LOCATION: 3.5 STARS. It's not on the river, but it's walking distance to the river. No views of anything, nothing interesting to walk to. If you are staying in one of the cheaper rooms, your view is that of a parking lot. We stayed in the cottage. BED: 2 STARS. because this is considered a "B&B" the bed should be...

There were 6 of us that stayed. 4 in a cottage and 2 in one of the rooms. We were all VERY happy with our stay. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean everything was. While this is very important to me, I know it is for others as well. We met the owners and...

Brent and I are so glad all of you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for the very nice review! We take pride in our little Inn and we want to provide our guests with clean, comfortable, and relaxing accommodations. The 4-legged friends that visit the Inn on a daily basis are fun to watch. We stayed at the Juniper Room, for the second time now, and loved it, again! The room is beautiful and spacious, a very comfy king size bed, nice bathroom with jets in the tub, little fridge and microwave, plus coffee maker in the room. Selected this B&B for family stay. Location is across street from Comal River and a 10 minute walk to waterpark front entrance. Stayed three nights with family in adjoining rooms.
